Clean, comfortable, and great location The facilities were clean and well maintained, the beds were comfortable, the location was convenient — close to restaurants and tourist attractions— and the staff were all friendly, especially Terry. They were very pet friendly and accommodating.

Won't give us our Security Deposit!!! There was a stain on it when we entered the room. Awful stay Our stay was HORRIBLE! I wasn't going to complain UNTIL they didn't refund my Security deposit. The first rooms we had were close to the street, we didn't sleep for 2 nights. There was a stain on the top cover we didn't say anything, we were changed to 2 other rooms, the noise was better.... but.. One toilet the handle was laying on the floor my husband fixed it because we were told there was NO maintenance man. My daughter helped the house keeper change the smoke alarm which was screaming as we entered the room. I called the desk I ask why I didn't get my Security deposit, they said because We stained the top cover???? Really??? We did NOT stain the cover! The place needs a lot of work..... We would never stay there again, nor recommend it to anyone!!

Miserable Night The AC in our room never did cool off (it was off when we checked in), and it was a horrible night. Never again! A shame since our family that we will be visiting lives very close by.

DISGUSTING If I could leave a 0 star, I would. Wyndham and Days Inn should be ashamed of the staff employed at this facility. Due to UNSAFE safety concerns (people taking pictures of my vehicle), as well as ant hills (which I was told was nature), dirty cots laying outside in the elements, dirty food lying on pull-out cots in their side areas, bird droppings on their picnic tables. I would never give someone this place to even stop for a night. The way the management, as well as the staff, handled my concerns was absolutely ridiculous. I was willing to work with them and told them I would be fine with not having a full refund. After contacting Wyndham and Days Inn, they left it up to the property manager, who was incredibly rude in deciding my refund fate. I was also told I was lying when I expressed the safety concerns and "We never have issues here." Trust me when I tell you this place is DISGUSTING, and I will never stay at another Wyndham/Days Inn again. I tried to make this right with the property manager before going to the Wyndham complaint department. They were of no help either. If you want people taking pictures of your vehicle, dirty trash all over the place, and people who live in that facility, by all means, stay there. But I will warn you, that place is disgusting, and the management is abhorrent.
