Super 8 by Wyndham Belgrade/Bozeman Airport

Inconsiderate Non-responsive Service - No Sleep! I needed a good night’s sleep so I could drive a bus full of high school students home the next night. At 12:30 a.m., I jumped out of my skin because there is a very loud dog barking in the next room. It sounded like it was in my room. To make matters worse, it is one of those shared rooms where there is a door between the rooms instead of a solid wall. When I realized I was not being eaten, I called the office. About 30 minutes later, the dog went off again. Call number 2! No humans were in the room for the first two barking performances. People arrived and began talking around 1:30 a.m. The dog went off again at 2:03. The people tried to stop it this time. I called the office again. At 6:00 a.m., the alarm across the room, which I never touched, went off. I talked to the office in the morning asking for a refund or at least permission to drop off the students at MSU and return to sleep until at least 2:00. They did not care that their motel contributed to an unsafe situation for students. The lady said when she went up it was quiet. “You don’t expect me to knock on the door, do you?” I replied yes, I do. She owed it to me. She replied that dogs are allowed on 3rd floor. I told her for over $300, they owed me a quiet place to sleep. I could care less about their policy. I did not get what we paid to receive. An email was given for us to write, which we did. No response. Our district will never return and advise other districts to refrain from using them. This was the worst service I have ever seen in 66 years, lacking totally in care for the customer or safety of the customers. Maybe they have no concept of the responsibility that lands on drivers of children. No excuse.

Great place We stayed at this Super 8 on our way to & from Yellowstone & Tetons National Parks. This hotel had better service, Internet and cost much less than what we paid in the NP. Great location for our late flight into Bozeman and super early flight out (& back to the Midwest).

Great Staff We arrived late and we were checked in quickly. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and a full breakfast. The manager, front desk, and all the staff were great. Thank you, Andira and Kim for being so helpful, kind, and accommodating when we arrived and throughout our stay!

Don’t waste your money I will start off with the good. The lobby/clerk were very nice. The breakfast was good for a free hotel breakfast. Our room: our first experience was walking down to our hallway that wreaked like people were smoking in the hallway. We reached our room, outdated & very dark/dim lighting. Our window was at ground level, with designated motor cycle parking right outside our window . This was horrible/loud. Our biggest issue was the bed. When you layed in the bed you both caved to the middle. After traveling for almost 10 hours, we didn’t ask for a room change; but did expect to at least have a bed that was sleepable.. We did tell the morning clerk the issues, and the response was” yeah, the bed probably needs replaced”. The bed definitely had been like this a long time, and in our opinion has been disregarded. Grounds: outside the door the trash was over flowing with trash on the ground, 1/2 loaf of bread on the bricks, and paper all over the ground. Just a complete turn off and waste of money to stay here.
