Keep Driving ! Wish I would I have read the reviews on trip advisor first ! There was a sign in the lobby that stated there are no refunds after 15 minutes. That alone should have deterred us. But it was late ..we were tired and one of us were not feeling well. How bad could it be ? Room was dirty..smelled terrible..very outdated..no air conditioning in the hall way..which also smelled terrible. Moldy disgusting bathmat ..hair in the bathroom..poorly maintained..ugh...never again. But..the beds were comfortable enough.

Keep on Going!!!! Had driven for 7 hours, wanted a clean, convenient place to stay. I knew as soon as I walked into the lobby that this was a mistake, but was so tired. They allow pets & smoking here!!!! We asked for a pet-free, smoke-free room. The kid told us we could have a room that already had the air going for us. Hmmmm, probably to hide the smell. It was pretty disgusting and we should have just asked for our money back. Walls had been patched everywhere. Was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but I think WE weren't supposed to smoke, because it was obvious by the smell and holes in carpet that it was or had been a smoking room. Found a rather large dead bug in the bathroom which I thought was a cockroach and would not have been surprised. Sink had rust stains, rust stains surrounding floor around toilet. Shower only halfway turned on. The rest of the water poured out of faucet into the very slow-draining tub. The kid proudly said they have breakfast! Oh, boy! It was some packaged muffins. Really a terrible, tacky, disgusting place. YUK, YUK and YUK!

Honest Review... Awful Stayed here because we have a 2 year old daughter(she's not ready for tent sleeping.), in-laws were camping at Rend Lake. Omg... I should have declined when I saw the lobby. Hallways are not air conditioned. Room was bad but when we went to shower the tub had BLACK MOLD!!! I'm an army girl so I've seen bad showers but this was disgusting. My husband got on his hands and knees to scrub the shower so we could use it. I showered with shower shoes on. (Noone to call at the front desk because only one person works two hotels) I didn't wash or allow my 2 year old in the bathroom. Seriously, thank God for baby wipes. Ice machine broken. The public showers at Rend Lake were spotless compared to this hotel...Did I mention overflowing trash receptacles? Pics are the mat AFTER it was scrubbed with BLEACH!!! Will not return here.

Pass this one up First, this SHOULD NOT be listed as a "B&B"... it is hotel, and a shabby one at best. The room we got first had a headboard falling off the wall. Second one OK, but really showing signs of age everywhere. Tub was dirty, and there was something slimy on the floor that "ate" my boot soles, leaving sticky traces of rubber behind when I left. There is NO breakfast here; they send you to the probably equally shabby Econolodge next door for cellophane wrapped pastrys and bad coffee. Thank god there was a Hardee's about 100 yards away! Price was OK at $50, but that's about it. Will spend a few bucks more next time, and do it in a different end of town.

Good for the price The hotel was nice. The rate was 59.99. I recommend asking for a deluxe room as the bed is very comfortable. Everything was clean. You can eat breakfast at the hotel next door, cereal toast and fruit. The hotel itself is a little outdated, but it's a good deal for the price. I would stay there again.
