Too many little things just not right We tried to like it…. Red line fire lanes surrounding both close and more remote parking made parking with a van and trailer challenging. As diamond members we were upgraded to a bigger room, 326. Sheets are close to plastic, pillow inserts stale and the heat says 68 no matter what. It was chilly. A previous guest left alarm set for 6 _. No light in toilet room. Which leads me to a disturbing issue. In dark toilet room, I flipped on light. There was a small long bug with long antennas on the side of the seat. Yes, I caught it, but have to say, this is the first time I have encountered any bug in a Hampton, let alone one of dubious appearance (similar to roach). No breakfast eggs at all because of a supplier problem. Thank goodness there was a Starbucks next door.

Highly recommended Great location. Easy on/off to I20. Starbucks and several restaurants nearby. Rooms clean and everything in working order and comfortable beds. Nice place to stop for a quick overnight before hitting the road again.

Mr-GGs-Hampton-Inn-Big-Spring-TX Good Clean room and bathroom; the towels are in wall holders next to the shower; horizontal and vertical grab bars - nice!; work desk chair raises to a proper height for typing; the a/c works very well. Not good Dinky triangular luggage cart from Tooterville; it can hold 4 suitcases, but that's it; multiple trips for more bulk items. Overall Good place to stay. Sadly, this may change with a future remodel. The owner may be forced to replace the perfectly good standard bathroom door with the utterly stupid sliding barn door.

Nice place Though expensive for a simple stop on a road trip, since we were traveling with dogs and had tried other places, we decided we needed a better option. Clean Indoor pool and takes dogs (with a steep pet fee), and a nice place to walk dogs. Breakfast is good. Plenty of parking. The night we stayed, it was completely full.

Extremely happy What a great hotel . Nice people , smelled great , hotel was really clean and my room was spacious and clean and then bed was amazing. Check in and check out was super easy as well . I would highly recommend staying here ! We will return !
