Not safe Guest rooms smell horrible, staff friendly but not available at the desk and no way to notify desk clerk you are there waiting for service, repair being made to the ceiling but garbage in the hallway and vacuum in the middle of the hall blocking way when bringing in luggage

Don’t stay here!! Pay 50 dollars more and stay in a different hotel. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. They do not maintain this place and it is old smelly dirty. Only stayed one night, and could not wait to leave. Never again will I stay at a Baymont by Wyndham!! The lock was broken like someone had kicked the door in. No towels in the bathroom. 2 conditioners 1 soap. They do not pay anyone to maintain this property and it shows. The carpets are so smelly because they allow pets but do not clean the carpets after or on a regular basis. Carpets full of stains. Very noisy. You can hear people driving in at all hours of the night. The front desk agent at night was nice. I should have stayed at a travel lodge. Would have been cheaper but cleaner.

Refund is necessary First off not my choice to stay here...nevertheless this is my experience. At check in was quoted a price which ended up not being what was charged. OVERCHARGED Front desk clerk presented key card packet and sent me on my way without giving me directions to the room, wifi information, check out time, breakfast time and where, etc. After my stay I phoned for the receipt to be faxed....clerk did not know how to use the fax machine. I told the clerk that training on all equipment is vital for her future career and this shows no/not enough training was done at this property. Room: mattress did not have a bed bug cover on it, door jam dirty, not dusted, not vacuumed behind chair, garbage left on floor, chair dirty/workout at armrests, damage found around mirror (trim), damage to top shelf, damage to closet door, damage on bathroom door, both bathtub & toilet should have been cleaner. When asking out housekeeping supervisor inspecting rooms after "SO CALLED CLEANED" was told they didn't have an inspector.

Horrible - don’t do it!!! Pictures given do not match what you find. Very old -unmaintained hotel - chipped ,broken old furniture and fixtures. Smells old and musty ! Bed was old and broken down. Paint chipped and old. Hard to believe they can let it get in this condition.

Three night stay The toilet was continuously running, and they put a binder clip on the chain to flush the toilet. The shower floor was dingy. Other than that, it was a convenient place to stay.
