One of the worst hotels! I booked our room through Bookings.com, which I wasn't very happy with either! The hotel is one of the worst I have stayed at! Due to the noisy hallway and next door room, I might have slept 3 hours. Walls are paper thin. The rooms are extremely dirt. I would NOT recommend staying here.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE! This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever seen - disgusting! The whole property is in poor shape, but my room was appalling. When I first walked in, the smell was... just... bad. I walked into the bathroom: the toilet seat was open, there was urine in it, and there was feces stuck to the bowl. Gross! The shower was nasty: someone else's hair, public hair, and mystery substances. No one wants to try to clean themselves in that! Walls were filthy throughout. The floor hadn't been cleaned, as evidenced by dried up spills. Every surface was just dirty, in poor shape, and really shabby. The photos speak for themselves. Also, there were plenty of scary people around and I slept with pepper spray on the night stand.

Scary place It only took me about 30 seconds in the room to decide I wasn't staying...The bed was rumpled as if someone had been napping on it, the tv remote was on the bed, none of the light switches (overhead or table) worked and the clientele gave me the creeps. As a single woman traveling alone, every cue told me to get the heck out. But the front desk person said they can't give refunds. So I am working with my bank on disputing the charge. This is quite the scam...the facility is horrible but when customers complain, they are told there won't be any refunds. Well, even if the bank can't get the charge reversed, it was worth the $100 for my safety. Was traveling with a pet so went to La Quinta by Kings Avenue and they were absolutely wonderful, so pet owners, there are other choices in Billings!

TAKE YOUR FAMILY"S LIFE IN YOUR HANDS!!! I loved this Motel when I was in college.. So I made a reservation for four nights. We were going to look at homes in the area for a move back home with Family..The staff lost my reservation so we did not get a handicap room for my wife (MS).. It was a cold rainy September night in Montana.. Our heater did not even get the room temp to 55 degrees.. Then the heater started grinding on a bad bearing. We got little to no sleep.. My wife was almost hypothermic...I talked to the desk man in the morning. he was no help at all and said he would charge for all 4 nights if we left... My wife was sick.. We left . It took all day to get her comfortable.. THE RODEWAY INN CHARGED US FOR ALL FOUR NIGHTS !.. Their equipment was defective. We had no assurance the remaining nights would be any better.. There was no choice but to get her to another Motel where at least she would be warm. Staying at RODEWAY INN can be a danger to your family's well being.. Suck it up and go someplace else.. The staff does not care.. The owners do not care and the chain is powerless to help anyone!!. The room has a dozen other deficiencies that show the lack of care by the staff.. Chipped and uneven stairs to the second floor is among them..

Run, Run, Run Away NO REFUNDS. Learn from my experience. RUN DON’T WALK away from this place. We wanted a refund from the parking lot. Idling cars & sketchy people trading things through their car windows. Women getting paid from men as they depart. That was the good part. Once inside, the stench of cigarette smoke nearly knocks you to the ground. The grit on the floor crunching under your shoes. The window was wide open for anyone to enter. (We didn’t notice at first) The mirror was tilted & appeared to have a bullet hole. The furniture was falling apart. The drapes ( I use that word loosely) were coming off the rod. My advice from the owner. Bull doze the place. Put everyone out of their misery. I truly thank whatever Gods may be, that I survived the ordeal.
