Best hotel I've ever stayed in, even after workd travels in 20+ years in the military! Judy at the desk is truly awesome! Very clean, quiet, well appointed, & safe. They really do everything to make this old veteran feel at home! The laundry facilities are awesome, the property is beautifully naintained, & very clean/comfy! Judy goes above & beyond in every way! Highly recommend!

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to! I’ve stayed at multiple different American extended stays and when I say this one is the worst I’ve ever been to I mean it. Worst customer service ever. There were used towels and trash still in my room when I first got there. Room smelled like trash and weed. They charge extra for toilet paper, towels, and dishes. When I asked for fresh towels I was told she wasn’t doing that right now then proceeded to be very disrespectful and rude then tried to kick me out because I asked to speak to the manager about her actions. DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

overall Terrible Experience at this hotel location. they have no business being in the hospitality industry. I have stayed at many ESA in different states and this one was by far the nastiest. front desk staff no nothing of customer service and are never present at front desk. rooms were not clean, some of the kitchenette appliances didn't work ( also wanted me to purchase my own cook ware). i was moved 3 times due to multiple issues. dirty floors, leaks, and loud noises all the time. Poor housekeeping. i think the main issues is that they have long term tenants in the building and have completely forgot about hospitality to non residents coming to the hotel. due to the location of this ESA, corporate should be ashamed of themselves for not improving and monitoring this location better. I have a laundry list of issues here..... in other words, DO NOT STAY HERE !!!

Mrs. Dirty, not friendly, not comfortable. When I booked my room. The lady never told me, I had to pay 25.00 per night for my 5 pound dog that was in a carrier daily. The lady told me, it did not manner and the charge was 25.00 per night + tax.

Dirty, Poor Maintenance, Poor Service -- Not Recommended We actually stayed at this property for a couple months, in the vain hope that our experience would improve. It didn't so we moved to another hotel a few blocks away. We've stayed in hotels all around the world, including third world and developing nations, and I must say that this Extended Stay property would fit right in toward the bottom of the list of bad hotels. The list of issues is lengthy, but the nutshell version is this: - Trash strewn about the premises - The room and public areas were not well-maintained; obviously cleanliness and functionality are not priorities - We had to practically beg for our room to be cleaned; the room was never thoroughly cleaned in our entire three month stay - On the three times during that three-month period when somebody finally came to the room to clean, we had to walk them through the things we expected while they continually asked "anything else?" after each step; in hotels with staffs that care, they simply do their jobs--not so at the Inverness Extended Stay - The stove and oven were filthy when we moved in and despite asking the staff to clean them, the only cleaning they got was from our own efforts - It was obvious that the staff was using the COVID debacle as an excuse to avoid working because they never changed linens, provided even a grab-and-go breakfast, dumped trash, provided toiletries, or anything else, and when they did do any of those things they first offered some COVID-related excuse as to why they couldn't do whatever it was that we asked Not only do I not recommend this location of Extended Stay America, but they've ruined my taste for the brand everywhere. I cannot and will not trust a brand that does not do a better job policing its own properties. If they don't care about their corporate name, then I cannot care for them.
