Avoid this location I stay at quite a few Hilton properties, usually Hampton Inns so I looked forward to a nicer hotel to end our trip with. Well this property was the wrong choice. The hotel is visibly run down. The complementary coffee reminds me of the stuff I endured during my military career. I guess Hilton’s advertising that every Hotel has a Peloton bike is true but I guess it doesn’t mean they actually have to work. I had booked a handicap accessible room in the app due to my 90 year old mother-in-law traveling with us but when I got to the hotel they said it was not available. You would be better off staying somewhere else. Hilton you let us down this time.

Hilton Disappointment Our family has great memories of this hotel where we stayed about 12 years ago. It was classy. We stayed there recently and were disappointed in the quality of the hotel that represents Hilton. The front desk agent seemed young and inexperienced. In our bathroom, mold surrounded the shower stall. I informed the front desk about the mold and requested housekeeping but no one showed up. Breakfast was ok but one person was waitressing and cooking. The breakfast is pricy considering what is offered.. I got the impression the hotel was short staffed. Many of the staff were pleasant despite the working situations.

Absolutely Abysmal Experience and the Property Management Blatantly Lied to Hilton Corporate in Response to Complaints Horrible hotel. No housekeeping. Apathetically rude front desk agents. Need towels... too bad. Need to know the status of your hotel charges... to bad, they won't provide it. Want your Hilton Diamond benefits... haha ... they don't care. One of the worst hotels I've stayed at. Rooms are dirty and the customer service is nonexistent. After speaking with the Diamond Desk at Hilton Corporate to address my concerns, the facility lied and misled Hilton corporate about the issues with the stay. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs… and you don’t have to take my word for it… my complaints and concerns are echoed my multiple other reviewers.

Steer clear, bad hotel in Birmingham This hotel is not up to your typical Hilton standard by any stretch of the imagination. My only guess is that this is very poor management here as the hotel does not clean rooms when requested, the carpeting's are stained in the room, rooms are dirty, and believe it or not the hotel is out of soap. There is a department store about 1 mile up the road and they don't even have the skills to go buy soap for the guests. Completely unacceptable. I would find another place to stay in Birmingham. Steer clear.

Don’t expect a Hilton Garden experience The first room, which was chosen by us online, had significant issues that should have prevented it from being offered. The phone, TV and reading lamp didn’t work. To contact front desk, I had to use my phone and then the call wasn’t answered. Another room was requested in person. Made to order breakfast was to be available at 6 am. The kitchen was not staffed and was dark when we went down at 6:30 am and still was not staffed when we checked out at 7:15 am. What staff there was were courteous and our room was clean.
