Economical, clean, and friendly! Exceptional value. Newly remodeled, desk staff (check in, checkout and in between) were extremely friendly and helpful. Asked for first floor room, and they were very accommodating. Hot breakfast, very comfortable bed and pillows. Lots of fast food restaurants were walkable and one more upscale restaurant as around the corner. We drove three minutes to Stonehome Brewery, and it was very nice. The only downside to the hotel was a slight residual smell of remodeling in the halls, particularly.

Not for handicapped This is a two story facility with no elevator. I walk with a cane and was traveling with a suitcase- they put me in an upstairs room and when I pointed out my inability to get up stairs with my suitcase they blew me off. Thank goodness another guest helped me. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE HANDICAPPED

Billed cc twice..... Be careful with this hotel Stayed on the 14Th and checked out the nest morning. was charged 165.50 on the 14th and then they charged my cc 165.50 again on the 16th. I called the hotel this morning and the lady I talked to said they never charged my card twice but my card shows two charges on different days. Don't trust this hotel

Midwest trip. The outside can seem deceptive but the rooms were surprisingly well done , very clean and updated. Check in was easy. Beds were very comfy, bath area was very clean. Breakfast was the standard, eggs, waffles, etc. The only downside was the lack of an elevator and the odor in the hallway. Conveniently located near shopping and dining. Heavy traffic in the area .

Not suitable for mobility challenges We did our homework on this place before coming. We had a family emergency and needed a last-minute place to stay. This hotel seemed reasonable, as it promised what we wanted and needed. Our assigned room was 102, with a bed and an additional roll-away. It would have been very crowded in there with 3 wheelchairs. The roll-away bed was placed in our room Wednesday night, September 6, 2023. We opened the door to find it blocking our way into the room. The front desk staff moved us into room 117. This was no better, as the beds were way too high. The desk in the corner of the room was horrible. I moved the desk chair to one side of the desk. This was to allow my wheelchair to get up to the desk. When I did this, however, I got stuck in that little corner. I had to move the desk chair between the beds. This was quite inconvenient for obvious reasons. I suspect that room 117 was even smaller than room 102. We had to store some of our belongings in the bathtub. Most of our time in this hotel was spent moving stuff back and forth. We spent as little time here as possible. I should also mention that our family emergency was visiting a terminally ill relative. It was an already difficult time further complicated and dampened by a sloppy hotel. We feel every traveler with a physical disability must be aware of this place. We will not return here on our next visit- possibly after my uncle passes.
