Better than expected Had stayed here two years ago. Old rooms. No frig. This time-way different!!! Clean room. Updated very accommodating. Frig and microwave. Economical. I would strongly recommend this hotel at this time.

Awful place Do not stay here with family. This place is gross and creepy. I was expecting a nice hotel, but there are homeless people in the parkade where you have to park and enter (door is unlocked to the hotel). The restaurant says it's open but it's not. The bar staff sat my family in a dark restaurant by ourselves. This place is sketchy. The only good thing was there weren't many people there and the pool is large and warm. Front desk staff was abrasive, and during my check in, she was shouting to guests at 2 separate times. I normally stay at 2.5 star hotels, and they are much better than this 3 star. Room was full of dust, and I had to crank up the fan just to drown out the noise in the hall. There was water damage in the bathoom, just stay somewhere else.

Delayed check in for 3 1/2 hours and poor room housekeeping. July 11, 12 and 13, 2024 are the dates of our stay. Despite calling ahead for mold and dust mite allergy control measures 4 days prior to arrival, our room was not ready. Staff cited a guest the night before had smoked in our prepared room so it was taken out of service. Reasons given for subsequent delays were limited staff to prepare our room, they were fully booked, and had no linen available (only one person in the laundry). We arrived at check in at 3 p.m. (3 p.m. is listed as check in time) and our room was finally ready at 6:30 p.m. The sink overflow opening had dark gray material inside the opening and around the silver ring, appeared to be mold in it (see attached photo) and the carpets had not been well vacuumed. We were at the Radisson in Bismarck, ND, for a 2-day family reunion held at the hotel and they were fully booked so there was not another room to move to. One staff at the front desk was already in tears. One of them did say their GM had been notified. Daily housekeeping listed on the website does not exist. We did get a text telling us they would only be in every third day during our stay. We were to call with what was needed. I called for towels and was asked to come to the front desk to pick them up! Someone did deliver them when I asked them to. At some point during our stay the garbage was emptied; however, none of the wet towels were picked up. Unsanitary and unsightly to say the least. The meals prepared and served by hotel staff were very good! In the future, I will avoid staying at this hotel as my allergies were so out of control that I physically did not feel well.

Depressing stay. Very dissatisfied in general. The rooms were very dirty on the 7th floor. The room had a terrible smell that persisted and the refrigerator was disgusting obvious bacteria and mold. We tried a room on 5 th floor which was better but no refrigerator. Bathrooms had rusty shower heads and no anti slips in tubs. Staff unfriendly and quick to blame things on corporate. Overall depressing place, would not recommend unless only option.

Disorganized and Disappointing Stay I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at this hotel, which I feel compelled to share. After driving for over 9 hours to reach our destination, we were looking forward to a smooth check-in and a comfortable room. Unfortunately, our experience was far from that. When we arrived at 5:00 pm, we were informed that our rooms were not yet cleaned. The front desk Casey assured us that they would call us as soon as the rooms were ready. Trusting their word, we went out to pass the time. However, by 10:00 pm, we still hadn't received any call or update. Exhausted and irritated, we decided to return to the hotel, only to find out that the staff (Casey) seemed to be expecting us. She addressed us by our last name as soon as we walked in, also in a very rude manner, which made it clear that they knew they had failed to call us. To make matters worse, the front desk lady was incredibly rude. Instead of providing us with real directions to the parking garage, our rooms, or any useful information, she chose to eat pizza right in front of us. This blatant disregard for customer service only added to our frustration. This lack of organization and communication is simply unacceptable, especially after a long journey. The hotel staff's negligence and rudeness added unnecessary stress to our trip. We chose this hotel based on its reputation, but our experience was marred by poor management and customer service. I would strongly advise future travelers to not stay here unless the hotel takes serious steps to improve its organization and communication with guests, starting with the face of their business who’s greeting and communicating with all who bring them business
