Still Under Construction. Give it a Couple Months I stayed here about a year and a half ago and thought I would give it another try. Originally I had serious WiFi issues, but this trip I had no problem logging on at all. I was here for a week, and the room I had was updated with new floors, fixtures, plenty of outlets and USB ports. Bathroom was ok size, but vanity was on small side. Hard to place shaving kit and not drop stuff. Bathroom lighting was poor. I had a king room, nice size, comfy bed, i personally didn't care for pillows, but that was just me. Highlight of this place is the staff. Super friendly, super helpful, Hats off to Emmanuel at the front desk and Ashley at the breakfast buffet. Problems I had were outside the room. There is still a lot of construction going on, and it's 7 days a week. Sunday morning at 9:45am there were 2 jack hammers chipping away tile in the elevator. It resonated throughout the entire building. At times, it seemed like there were more contractors then guests in the place. There is a lot of construction dust, banging, and closed off areas. It looks like it will be a nice place, just give it a few months to finish the work and clean up. One other issue, I used the guest laundry, only 1 washer, 1 dryer, and after 60 minutes found out the dryer wasn't heating correctly. Ended up hanging damp clothes all over my room.

Groupon took us here. Stayed thru the New year's weekend. Not crowne plaza Aire (GPS operator error)... Had good experiences with the staff, and the bar. No gym due to remodeling? Limited restuarant hours due to holiday. Totally get it. We ate two meals both delicious - have the burger. It wasn't too far transportation wise from the Mall of America and they have a FREE shuttle with a good schedule. No tub in the room but the awesome shower made up for it. The room had a lot of character. Not what I expected overall would stay there again if there are coupons.

Friendly Staff While there is some renovations going on, staff were all Minnesota nice. The indoor pool area was really large and great for relaxing. The room was a bit odd without carpet and the bathroom was small but the bed was very comfortable.

Excellent. Comfortable Clean Room. The room was quite spacious with a king bed and sofa along with a spacious bathroom. Small refrigerator included. Everything was totally clean and well-maintained. Had a problem with the TV the first night. Maintenance came up right away but couldn't get it fixed until the next morning. Had a Juicy Lucy burger in the bar/lounge that was very good and with excellent service. Breakfast is available in the restaurant but we drove to Dennys a short distance away. This hotel is in the center of a business district with office buildings and hotels; nothing to walk to. The fitness center was closed for construction but they offer a shuttle to a nearby Lifetime Fitness at no charge. Ahtough hotel photos show rooms with carpet, our room had a laminate floor. With no carpet, the floors are easy to keep clean and there is no fear of walking around on dirty carpet. All hotels should go this route.

Not as expected Arrived to construction, reduced hours at the restaurant, and late servicing of our room. Our iron had stuff on it so was unuseable. The water was unavailable for several hours on our second day. The vibe is decidely millenial, music in lobby and restaurants is edgy and furnishings are modern. Since we are 50somethings, this was not what we were looking for.
