Bedbug City This place is horrible the floor and the carpet is sticky the shower was dirty and the heat doesn't work but all that is nothing compared to the bebugs in the room if you look close enough you can see the bed moving the front desk couldn't be bothered with it when asked I was told to talk to the manager in the morning so I slept on the countertop and in the morning i talked to the manager that said they would decommission room 335 and give me a new room i said ok would rather have a refund but i still needed a room for the next day so i was told a room would be reserved for me and when I came to the front desk no one knew about anything involving bedbugs or a reservation so I didn't argue about it the room was 65$ for the night I just cut my losses and went to Motel 8 I think they do everyone who complains the same way front desk denied anything happened and to talk to managers and the managers act like they never have been notified from the front desk avoid this place at all cost worst room I have EVER paid for

Horrible stay, would not recommend This is a sketchy place. As a woman, I did not feel safe. Anyone lives there and I’m pretty sure they are sex trafficking there as well as other crimes. The front desk just gave anyone a room key. Never asked for ID. I always felt like I was being watched. This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I’ve never felt so uneasy.

Terrible property This was one of the worst properties we’ve ever stayed at. Normally I read reviews on hotels prior to booking but stayed here to be near our daughter who survived an apartment fire. If anyone gave this a great review my guess is they’ve never stayed at a well run, clean hotel. A hotel property doesn’t need to be expensive to earn a high review. This property smelled stale, is dirty, run down, has paper thin walls that let every tiny sound from neighboring rooms through, is billed as “extended stay” yet has no pots, pans, dishes or utensils to make food with. There is a microwave, refrigerator and 2 burner hot plate and not a single mug or spoon or plate in any room. There is a table but no chairs to sit on. Never, ever staying here again. Hotel from hell. You’ve been warned.

Reservation Disaster I called at 5 PM to make a reservation. I spoke with a person that I was routed to from the main office because the local desk didn’t answer the phone. I informed that person that we would not be arriving until approximately 11 PM due to the distance that we were driving. We arrived to this hotel at 11:15 PM. I called the number to attempt to check in, and were told that there were no rooms available. I explained that I had a reservation, and was told that there has been an issue for the last few months with rooms being rented that are not available. I then called the main phone number and spoke with a representative to see what they would offer for a solution. All of the other locations were booked as well. We wound up having to go stay at another hotel and were not able to find one until just after midnight. My family and all of our belongings were loaded up in the car with literally nowhere to go. And I didn’t book this room online. I didn’t use a third-party app. I didn’t even call the 1-800 number. I called the local hotel and spoke with an actual human to make this reservation and this is what happened. The next day, I was charged for one night stay. I called the main phone number and was told that this was because my room wasn’t canceled before 6 PM. I immediately went to the local hotel and spoke with the front desk staff who refunded my money. Thankfully we were able to work around this mess, but it was a disaster! I do not any longer have trust in this company to make a reservation in the future and trust that I will have a room available when I arrive. I will say that the staff that was working on the day that we went to go get our refund was very friendly and helpful. The staff who was working overnight that we were only able to speak with on the phone, due to it being very late, was rude and very unhelpful. The person from the main office that we spoke to was helpful in trying to assist us in making other accommodations, but should have canceled our room to ensure that we were not charged for this one night stay in a room that we were not able to check into!

Best Service! I am staying here while in between apartments & the staff are AMAZING here! Highly recommend! Very clean & the workers are always here when you have a question. My 2 cats love it here as well. Book it!
