Choose another Hotel Wow! There has only been one other hotel where I wished there was a negative star rating, and now here I find another one, albeit in another city. Run down, incredibly unfriendly staff, zero customer service and the only positive thing I can say is it is close to the Mall of America, but...let's face it...there are a lot of hotels close to the Mall of America and I would choose any other hotel. Your money and experience is better spent elsewhere.

Old Hotel I stayed in September, The hotel looked old, 80's 90's style needed many renovations. The rooms were ok, at least they were clean but obviously it needed a renovation. Very convenient location close to the airport and mall of America. From what i can read it was bought by the mall so I hope it gets better.

Great potential, improvements needed I have stayed at this hotel probably 8 times in 2015 and 2014. None in 2016. We love this hotel, it's very unique and original. It has two gorgeous pools one indoor and one outdoors. The outdoor one is amazing to watch the planes flyover while u float on your back. The Native American history in this hotel adds culture to it. The shuttle to and from the airport is quick. The parking is plenty and safe. It's nearness to the mall of America and Ikea is fun. Now for the reasons we stopped going. Breakfast is awful, if I am going to pay for breakfast make it an appealing option please, the dining room is also awful, they tried to create a modern interior that just comes off cheap. The bedrooms need better cleaning. Dirty towels outside the window of my room and unwashed desk and table tops is beyond gross. The beds however is why we no longer stay here. Bring in some new comfortable beds and I will once again be a loyal customer and advocate for this hotel. Last but not least, a very cool aspect of this hotel is the interesting groups of people that come and enjoy the huge conference areas, including people dressed up as furry characters. This hotel is an absolute gem in need of better cleaning, a revamped and rethought breakfast, and new comfortable beds. Don't miss the pools if you stay here, u will be amazed!!

Cafe Breakfast The manager of the breakfast buffet took my cash for the breakfast but then proceeded to bill my credit card for it . I did not notice this on the hotel statement until we got home. I then called the hotel and they said they would take it off my credit card bill. I was not to happy to see that the cafe manager was trying to rip me off. This was on the second day of my stay . The cafe manager on the first day was great and did a fine job . It was the manager on the second day that was the problem.
