Not happy I've been a loyal member of IHG for what feels like forever, always choosing hotels under your brand for their value and top-notch service. But let me tell you, my recent stay was a total disaster. We booked two rooms for my family, Room 132 and 136, and let me tell you, the temperature in there was unbearable. The air conditioning was practically non-existent, leaving the rooms hot, humid, and just plain uncomfortable. And to top it off, my daughter's room had mildew on the curtains and was missing basic essentials like toilet paper and toothpaste. When I reached out to customer service, they had the audacity to tell me they had none available and suggested I go buy some myself from a nearby store! And don't even get me started on the check-in process. We were left waiting for 30 minutes, only to be greeted by a staff member who seemed like they couldn't care less about our experience. This is not the level of service I expect from one of your supposed top-tier hotels. I am beyond disappointed with my stay, and needless to say, I won't be returning anytime soon.

Close to downtown Blowing Rock and Blue Ridge Parkway We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and upgrades in this hotel. We were greeted when we arrived and when we left.Our room was lovely! The breakfast was very adequate and the breakfast area was great . We would definitely stay at this location the next time we visit Blowing Rock.

Blood on the sheets There was blood on our sheets and when I informed the woman at the front desk she didn’t seem to care. She picked up the phone and ignored us, then offered to get our sheets changed. I insisted a new room and thankfully got one, but I feel that they should have taken care of this situation better as it freaked me out and I felt unsafe.

Great place to stay with free delicious hot breakfast comfortable beds zero complaints. We slept great! Clean updated rooms, comfortable beds. quiet hotel and included a wonderful hot breakfast, eggs, sausage, terrific pot of oatmeal with dishes of brown sugar, raisins and walnuts to add if desired. Cereal and fresh fruit baked goods. etc what more can you ask for. I would definitely stay again

Great option in great location Very clean. Exceptionally kind and efficient staff. Good hot breakfast, although it gets a little crowded and competitive sometimes. Prices during the week are great value. Convenient location in Blowing Rock for access to Boone, Blowing Rock and Blue Ridge Parkway. Comfortable beds and rooms.
