Pleasantly surprised in Blythe The owner, Biju is the best! So kind, caring and helpful. Working with a skeleton crew she goes out of her way to make your stay pleasant. We booked a double room which was clean and quiet with a comfy bed and new looking laminate flooring. We especially appreciated that no harsh chemicals were used for cleaning as we are sensitive. Also appreciated was that the entire hotel is non smoking. When traveling through Blythe, this hotel is a great bet.

skip it worst motel ever. A short note. Leave this one off your itinerary. "nuff said. Owner seemed nice but prowled around the grounds all evening chasing my wife who smokes from place to place. Charges extra for cigarette butts if you throw them down, spitting in the lot, oil leaking from your car etc. Just don't go here. No breakfast.

Nice Stay We were just passing through for one night stay. Called last minute for a room and was treated very kindly by the owners. This motel is located away from the main part of town and that is what we loved about it. Its quiet, safe, and you can't beat the customer service. The room was dated, no fancy toiletries, but it was very clean, TV was up to date, micro, refrigerator with freezer, coffee pot. We just came from a major hotel, in a popular tourist area, top dollar and our room was a night mare. The best thing about this place and probably why it had such great star ratings was their customer service and how they care about their customers. We slept great, and enjoyed our evening in a great room. We apricate small business owners and how they try to keep their businesses alive, its not easy when you are away from main street and in a town that is not a tourist attraction. I highly recommend giving them your support if you are staying in Blythe. PS when the weather turns warmer...they have a pool!

Not up to the ratings? I will admit to being quite surprised upon arrival, given the ratings on Trip Advisor. Contact with the manager is through a dark window. Lobby door is locked. Though I had called ahead to find out if there was trailer parking and was told there was, when we got there the parking lot was not really made for trailers. When we parked across several parking spots, the owner let us know that we could not do that, and btw, she was only making much money for the room because we were using points. So, not a great start. Later on in the evening the owner caught us to say that we should write a review before we leave so that she wouldn’t have to call us to remind us to do one. The area is depressed, so I imagine running a hotel in Blythe can be a challenge. Our room was depressed as well, with only two cups -one cold and one hot. I don’t want to go on and on. Let’s just say that we would not return. Obviously other travelers have found it “very good.”

Very good clean, comfortable for an overnight stop Very good value and very welcoming managers. Room was clean and set back nicely from the road, so no traffic noise. Floors are vinyl tile rather than carpeted, but not cold. Pillows were very comfortable. Recommend you book directly for best rates.
