A hidden gem with superb staff who have their guest’s happiness at heart This is an exceptionally run Hotel with top level management, starting with the general manager, Rachel, who does a superb job managing choosing and managing her staff and setting up systems to maximize guest comfort. The desk staff make everyone feel welcomed and valuable guests from check in to checkout and with each and every thing they do to respond to requests and in taking the initiative to anticipate guest needs. Teran is a vibrant results oriented leader who solves all problems and energetically greats all guests, making everyone feel like a VIP. Georgia is another front desk worker whose gentle kindness makes vacation even more fun and special. Jack is the model of efficiency and solves all problems in a professional and personable manner. The kitchen staff preparing the excellent breakfast are hardworking, friendly and supportive of any request they can fulfill. The house cleaning staff are superb and most accommodating. Carmelita, Dora, Marisol and Sabina’s are other employees who deserve a shout out for excellent work. We stayed for weeks while Reno’s were being done on our condo and the comfortable facilities and superb staff made a difficult time so much easier and pleasant Mitch H

Inappropriate general manager Rachel Hieston I was staying for 10 days in room 217 for MEDICAL reasons. For what I'm paying, there is no excuse for not having a smart TV, the television there is old and obsolete, it has to be replaced with a smart TV where I would be able to watch YouTube and get the internet instead of the reception telling me that I have to bring my own roku !!! Also neither me nor the receptionist was able to connect me to their wifi... then I received an email from Rachel Hieston General manager accusing me of giving the hotel team poor rating because I was not happy with the TV!! How do you call that!! New development: the same manager Rachel Hieston sent me another 2 unfriendly emails and in 1 of them she told me that I cannot stay in her hotel in future. While I received a letter from Hilton, the brand saying that I should give them another chance. Who do you think I should believe and is it okay in their culture to speak to customers this way! Its important to understand because of my medical condition it was impossible for me to pack and unpack and go somewhere else, so my initial reservation was for 4 days and I extended it for 6 days more Case # 225560291 I sent several correspondence to Hilton to get an answer but yet I have been ignored. The reservation was for Khaled Elmalawany.

Subpar Hampton Inn Bica Raton Have no idea how the hotel gets high marks. Very dated and in need of renovation. Lackluster staff. Room looks like not remodeled since the 70's. Mattress pad and fitted sheet so worn that they bunched up during the night. Read reviews from 3 years ago of same issue so obviously have yet been replaced. Breakfast buffet subpar. Not very busy and out of nearly everything, even creamers. Took forever to get items replaced. I am a Hilton Honors member. I will definitely avoid this hotel in the future.

Change the bedspread please! This hotel is very dated. Fan in bathroom loud and rusty. But the worst Part was when I was in bed reading, and noticed the inside of the quilt/bed cover has someone else’s hair on it— meaning that the sheets were changed but not the cover. I was so grossed out I took the spread off and just used the sheet. Would not stay here again.

Check - In Experience Friendly and efficient check-in experience. As a frequent traveler, Teran’s service at the front desk specifically stood out. She was incredibly accommodating and made check- in enjoyable. Above and beyond would be an understatement .
