Roaches and terrible service We arrived in the afternoon, the guy at the reception was very polite, we spend our first night great, and then the next day the nightmare started, around midday I noticed the room was very hot, I adjusted the thermostat to a lower temperature but the room was getting hotter, so I called reception and I asked for a technician to check the AC, after 3 calls and around 3 hours waiting the technician came, he said the AC was damaged and that somebody will come later to fix it, at 8:00 pm nobody had come to fix and they even didn't bother to call us to update on the status. I went to reception and complained and the guy said, I will give you another room to spend the night, we didn't wanted to move as we have all clothes already hanging in the closet and on drawers and the refrigerator full of food, they were supposed to fix the AC, and let us know next day to come back to the room. We spend the night well on the new room, next day I called in the morning to remind them of the AC fixing, at 4:00 pm nothing was fixed and we haven't even received a courtesy call to let update us on the situation, so we decided to move everything to the new room as we knew they will not fix the AC. So we were now in the new room and the we start noticing small roaches, in the kitchen, like 2 or 3, we kill a couple, some escaped, then some more roaches on the desk, near the bed, on the toilet, even I saw several roaches on the dishwasher, coming from behind the oven, really everywhere in the room, in 5 days in the room, I have seen around 15 to 20 roaches, we reported this to the reception desk, and we are still waiting for the exterminator that I assume will arrive as quick as the AC technician. As a conclusion, NEVER come to this hotel, spend your money well in other hotel in town, I'm a Marriot member and this is the worst Marriot I have ever been in my life.

Prepare to be locked out daily Stayed for seven nights. Discovered they only offer maid service once vs daily like a normal hotel. Was locked out of our room every day because the key stopped working, they promised to repair but never did. Too few parking spaces relative to rooms - be prepared to walk 1/2 mile from your car. Many other hotels in the area provide better service and a less painful experience.

Poor parking; poor security; nice friendly staff; dark but decent rooms This is an older property with poorly-designed parking. If you are in buildings 1 or 2 or that side you may be required to walk far across the complex to park late at night in the dark. Next time I would try to get in building 10 or 11 - although you will be far from lobby and pool, you can park near your room. There wasn’t any visible security and sometimes there were people socializing outside in the parking lot or near buildings later at night. It didn’t seem like parking was enforced for guests-only. The staff was nice and seemed to do their best with Covid. Breakfast was average at best and limited - sometimes the cereal was ok, sometimes only a few types. Same with fruits, etc. waffles only on some days. Rooms have their own entrance so you can avoid the lobby if you want to. The rooms were older but well kept. Very dark though - the lighting wasn’t very good. Appliances all worked and the room was clean when we checked in. There was one instance of someone else’s trash bags left near our door for hours, but we called the desk and it was promptly remediated. Once again, the staff was friendly and responsive. I wouldn’t stay here again because of the parking and lack of visible security, but if that doesn’t bother you, it’s a decent stay. Not a new or upscale propery, but it does the trick.

Office Manager I had a wonderful time Tanya at the front desk was really kind to me __ my room was clean it was quite I had fresh towels and had a wonderful lake view The breakfast was great went swimming with he kids and also was able to bring my dog _ I would recommend this place to anyone it’s like having a mint apartment if you want to get away

Business People make the difference. Tanya , the desk lady is amazing. Great attitude and always welling to help. I’ve been two times at the hotel for business trips. The first time she called me as soon as I got to the room to make sure I was ok with the room. The second trip, there was an AC outside my room making lots of noise, I called and she changed my room for another one. Things happens at hotels, sometimes they are old, sometimes we have noisy neighbors, sometimes can be anything else, but with people like Tanya everything can run smooth.
