Pretty Great The Springhill Hotel was great. The pool was fun the breakfast was worth it in the morning and great and the room was good but they have to update their carpet it’s stained and pretty gross but the rest was great. Also the front desk and the people that work for breakfast was kind and helpful. And last thing is it’s cool how you get inside from the pool outside and the AC cools you when you come in that was great to fee. I enjoyed myself.

Excellent stay! Excellent stay! Hotel was clean. Staff was more than friendly and the breakfast (that is included) was full of choices! Hotel is right off the main roads but tucked away so it is still very quiet. If you ever are in need of a hotel in Boca Raton this was a great place to stay.

Welcoming This is a perfectly fine place to stay. However, be aware that there is no housekeeping on multiple night stays except on status of four or more nights and then it is every four days. We were provided with clean towels and more toilet paper so it was ok but full service it isn’t. However, the front desk staff is very helpful especially the Black lady working on 5/14 at about 5 pm- I am sorry I don’t know her name- but she gave me a number of suggestions which were greatly appreciated.

Poor Quality: No Housekeeping and bad breakfast Pros: Sheets and blankets smell clean and fresh. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Clean lobby and eating area. Cons: Housekeeping: Totally missing in action. We stayed here for 7 nights. It got cleaned only once upon request. After several days of waiting, we requested both the housekeepers and the front desk for a cleaning but no one showed up for a second cleaning. If you like to stay in an unkept room with used towels, this is your perfect hotel. Room: old, dank couch. No dining or coffee table for eating meals with your travel partner. The layout makes it feel cramped. Breakfast: horrible, unless you like just waffles and coffee everyday. They do not even bother putting out water. The workers are nice but there is a general lack of supervision and management at this place. Security: Weak. The pool door to the parking lot did not even shut. Public Restroom: Dark, the faucet requires touch. Most other hotels have switched to touchless faucets after 2020. Elevator: painfully slow Pool: Not heated. It is in a shaded area, water remains cold. Other Comments: Noise: There is a highway and rail nearby, but the noise level is minimal because of thick windows. Parking: No big trees. Your car will get super hot under the Florida sun.

Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. From the start I knew this hotel was going to be bad. Pictures did not look like what it did online, but after driving several hours I didn’t have many options. Got checked in and went to my room and it was 2 doubles, I had reserved a king 3 months in advance. Ok , no problem, possibly a mistake. Go back down carrying all my stuff and they then told me they were sold out of kings and only had this room left. I then called hotels.com who was useless and would not help with the problem. They told me they could cancel my hotel room and let me rebook, but there were no other rooms available. Anywhere nearby. So I kept the room. It was not great quality and was dirty in several locations including stains on the sheets. Things were struggling by and then I went to bed. Big meeting in the am. At 1:05am the front desk calls and asks to confirm who I am and believes they “made a mistake” checking me in. Watson the person who called me was rude and disrespectful and I told him it was wrong from the beginning. I was left to fall back asleep worried about another call and how terrible I had been treated. In the morning I go down for breakfast and the coffee was gone and the food looked old. This was successfully the worst hotel experience I have ever had and I will never stay here or at any other Marriott ever again. Their quality has become gross and terrible. Make sure you get what you pay for and go somewhere else !!!!! Don’t make the same mistake as me.
