Awesome hotel and club lounge What a wonderful hotel- beautiful view of the city and Charles River- we were upgraded to a corner room with windows all around us. Missed no bar or restaurant but the club lounge was the best I have ever been to- the breakfast was to die for - thank you Vinnie, Laura (our favorite ) and Dee- could not do more for you- they were awesome! The greatest hotels have the best staff- this staff was unbelievable ! Highly recommend

Lovely sky scraper hotel in area with lots of shopping and restaurants Great place to enjoy the city vibe of Boston. Lots of shopping in the nearby blocks and restaurants too. Across the street is Cheasecake Factory, California Pizza Kitchen, Coldstone, Waganama, a CVS, a Barnes and Noble bookstore, a Polo store, Saks fifth ave…. Just to give you a few examples. There is an indoor pool. The main negative right now is no restaurant. So you can order breakfast and pick it up and eat it in the lobby. A little strange. The concierge should have a flyer with breakfast and restaurant options. She gave us a few but it was sloppy handwriting and hard to tell where to go. Housekeeping does clean between days, which not all Marriotts have been doing lately so that was good. About 15 mins from the wharf where the whale watching tours are and that is 12 dollars by cab. It is walking distance to Luke’s lobster for the famous sandwiches. There is a nice Marriott store in the hotel which all Marriotts don’t have now. You can get snack, apparel and Knick knacks. Main tip: do not buy CIty View trolley. It is a good mile to the stop nearest the hotel. We made a mistake. You should get the Old Town trolley which is right outside the door. The duck tour is also just outside the door too.

Wonderful experience at this hotel. All the staffers were welcoming and professsional I am very particular about hotels and generally do not like them. However, I felt very comfortable at the Copley. The hotel was perfect for our stay. Rooms were roomy and clean. Location was great! Kim provided valuable help to us that allowed us to make the most of our stay.

Very nice hotel in a very nice and convenient part of Boston I generally do not like hotels. But I understand the necessity, so when I stay at a hotel I do a lot of research. I chose the Copley Marriott for a five-night stay when I went to Boston to visit family (I'm from there). I am going to write in bullet points to make it easier to digest my review. Lobby: The lobby is very inviting. It's not huge but it's comfortable. In the evening my daughters often went downstairs to the lobby to hang out. Plenty of chair and table and very clean. The Room: It is a little small and it beggining to show its age, but they are super clean and well maintained. My daughters asked for the comforter to be changed and that was done right away. The room was cleaned every day, and early. As soon as you leave your roo in the morning, the housekeeping staff seemed to be read to clean right away. The location: This is the biggest selling point. There are few, if any, hotels in thr city that are more convenient. There is a high class mall on one side of the hotel, with restaurants

Never again! This was my first time there and I can clearly say this would be my last time. First, the hotel is expensive, my offer did not include breakfast, and I was unable to reach the reception after multiple calls. They took almost 1 hour to deliver more towels, which I specifically requested during my first reservation. My fare was more expensive because I paid for the parking, but if I hadn't been careful I would have ended up paying around $60 just for parking. The restaurants in the hotel were closed due to "Covid reasons" but the pool was open, so I guess Covid-19 only spreads at the restaurants and not in a pool full of kids and adults playing and spitting. The hotel was severely understaffed and some of their employees were protesting outside the hotel. We had to pay for the wifi and just a bottle of water was $4. The rooms were cleaned, the lobby area was good, and the remaining employees were nice and they did seem pretty busy. The only reason I chose this hotel was due to the pool and relatively close to Boston center but I kind of regret it now because I would have preferred going to a low-cost hotel and use the rest of the money to enjoy the city.
