stones throw from TD Center. Let me start by saying everybody that works there is extremely nice. We had an early flight and knew we couldn't check in yet but went to the hotel so they could hold our bags. A short walk to Little Italy for lunch. On the way out we got stuck in the pouring rain. Went to the hotel to get a towel to dry off. They saw us wet and immediately found an available room for us. Give you water on the way in and out and a stones throw from TD Center.

Perfect Birthday Trip My daughter and I planned her graduation/ 18th birthday trip to Boston. The hotel staff made perfect arrangements for her birthday. The room was clean, spacious and offered a perfect place of rest after our adventures each day in the city. This was a perfect hotel and I recommend to anyone considering a trip to Boston.

STAY AWAY! This hotel is overpriced. The parking is terrible- $66 per night! The hotel staff was not welcoming, especially at our arrival. We requested early check-in and although we were told yes, when we arrived, we were told no. I complained, which made it worse. The man at the counter, “S”, who tried to play himself off as the general manager, made it a point to check us in at exactly 3:00 pm. I mean exactly. It was so petty of him. In addition, the rooms are old and the walls paper thin. We could hear other guests and would often think they were knocking on our door. Our restroom door would get stuck. The air vent kept blowing out cold air. We tried turning on the heater and it didn’t work. The area outside is dirty and next door there is a cannabis shop. In front, there is a tavern. The people in that area are questionable. I was going to move to a new hotel, but unfortunately, many were booked. I survived my stay. The only person who tried to make things better was Patrick, the “real” general manager. But, it still fell short of the expectation and experience. My recommendation is to stay away!

Boston North End Getaway The Hotel Indigo Boston Garden is in a great location and walkable to many Boston sights and attractions. We love the closeness to the North End restaurants, which we visit when coming to Boston. The hotel has great rooms that are clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff and great service!
