Disappointed I titled my review "Disappointed" as that is what we were with our stay. We have stayed at this hotel three times and we were disappointed with the last stay. We found the service to be average (which as one who prefers Marriott properties and has styed in hundreds around the country we found this stay the most disappointing. The staff was just not friendly, professional but not friendly. We pay a premium to stay at this facility and i guess just expected better service. For example, the concierge was not available the whole week prior to our arrival and not on hand when we arrived. We communicated only by email which didn't work. Our last night, we experienced a dog (and a large dog) barking down the hallway continually until 2:30 in the morning, when I mentioned it to the desk clerk she answered "well no one else said anything< and really didn't give a sincere apology. Also when we checked out i asked for a printed copy, luckily as we were pulling out of the driveway we noticed we were double charged for parking, both nights. When I went back in to have it corrected, all I got was, "I don't know how that happened". Now this will not stop me from staying at Marriott properties, we just came in from Boston where we stayed at a Marriott property I event just booked 3 rooms in Pittsburgh for multiple nights, as this was probably the only time we have left a Marriott property "disappointed", but I think it is important for you to know as you cannot fix something that you do not know is broken.

Residence Inn Boston Harbor Tudor Wharf I have to say this was on of the best staffs overall I have ever encountered. Everyone I talked to at the front desk was a concierge, whether it be for meals, sites, recommendations in general and super friendly! I hate to name names but our day to leave came and we were traveling by train leaving at 12:50 pm and the driver we used all week got stuck in traffic (called me about 12:10 but mentioned he had talked to Lisa). Lisa called a cab which got to hotel about 12:22 (informed driver of time situation) and believe it or not we made it to South Station (which is fairly close) at 12:35!

Jim Bader The staff was extremely cordial, helpful and efficient. The property is clean and well maintained. The location was ideal to find local (no chain) restaurants within waking distance. The last two stops on the Freedom Trail (Bunker Hill and the USS Constitution) are close by.

Took us in on a dime... My family came in town from Chicago area on July 09, 2021 and the Residence Inn Boston Harbor took us in and was professional from the beginning. From Lisa to Ronald to Justin and the breakfast all was great and the hospitality was great. The room was old and not modern enough for us. Additionally, once our son went on campus for the Summer program versus staying with us in hotel, my wife and I decided to move to a more economical, modern residence inn. Lastly, overall this was great experience, and we thank this Residence Inn for taking us in. Really appreciate all! Conner Family

Reunion with family and friends in Boston after the long lockdown. Perfect location for walks along the harbor and interesting walks through Charlestown neighborhoods. Close to excellent restaurants, a bakery, ice cream shop, and a wine store. What more could one want!
