Very unique and fun This hotel is really cool! Overall great experience. The staff including Daniela and Yoselin ensured we were well taken care of! We loved the music theme in each room and throughout the property. It’s very well done and unique. If you’re looking for something different while also experiencing all of the elements of luxury, I’d recommend The Verb. What a fun place!

My mom loves it too. Great hotel, a fun, happy place. I stayed with my mom, who is 86, and she also had a great time. The staff took great care of my mom and made sure her room was perfect. Mom loved the vibe and the in-room record player. The staff is fantastic. Good, kind people. William, the front office manager, is fantastic too.

54 years later This hotel was wonderful! We had been there 54 years before on our wedding night. So for our anniversary we wanted to be in that area of Boston again. The staff was fantastic and super attentive to our every need and request. Living in western Massachusetts all our married life we were concerned about parking. No worries, the valet staff was very helpful. We arrived early so that we could go to The Isabella Stewart Gardner museum. They got the room ready early for us and surprised us with a bottle of wine, chocolates and an anniversary card!

The Verb Hotel review The hotel is super cool. Great location. Yoselin, the breakfast attendant, was very friendly and accommodating and introduced herself to us. Highly recommend. We were very impressed. The bagels and tea were delicious. The atmosphere was cool with retro decor and albums
