Nice room, awful customer service The room was nice. However the customer service at this hotel is almost non-existent. We ended up with a bag of souvenirs missing from our room. First we tried calling down to the front desk, but no one would answer. So I went do to the desk and spoke to two people, who said that housekeeping was s different management team and they had left for the day. They assured me housekeeping mgmt would call me first thing the next morning. They didn't. And when we finally talked to someone in housekeeping mgmt face to face, they had no idea what we were talking about. They too assured me I would hear from them the next day. We didn't. And now it has been more than a week and we still have not heard from anyone. It's not so much about the lost items, but the fact that they really do not care. Awful!

Check out the Westin Copley We recently sold our house in New England and were planning to stay in Boston for the summer. We were connected by a friend to the Westin Copley Place. We stayed in a small suite for the months of June and July. While a bit apprehensive about staying at a hotel for two months we quickly fell in love with the Westin. The room was great and the staff outstanding. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful, courteous and a delight to deal with. The front desk, concierge, parking attendants, housekeeping staff, doormen, and restaurant staff were as professional and friendly as could be. Whether you have a short weekend in Boston or a longterm stay like us, I would definitely use this property.

Perfect for college frat kids on a binge-drinking mid-week break If your idea of a fun-packed mid-week get away with your college roomies is in down-town Boston, you'll love the Westin Hotel! Feel free to rampage through the corridors ranting and screaming obsenities with your drunk friends. Once in your room, just carry on! No-one will bother you and even hotel security, who may pop by every couple of hours, will just apologize for disturbing you and leave you to party-on! Don't worry if you are traveling by yourself, because the paper-thin walls will make you think the party is happening in your bed too! If you are up before 10am, you might even catch sight of a bleary-eyed business traveller, who having slept even less than you, and not being allowed by the hotel to change rooms at 2am, is checking out, pausing only to write a sardonic review.

Class A hotel near all the action Everything here is what you’d expect from the Westin brand - attentive and well dressed staff who aim to deliver top notch service. The lobby is expansive and makes for a great meeting space with friends and family, and the guest rooms are spacious and well appointed. The Copley Square location is perfect for shopping, dining and sightseeing without having to drive or get a ride. As a Marriott titanium elite, this was my first stay in the Westin brand. My only complaint/disappointment is that this property doesn’t provide the free breakfast benefit that elites are promised, nor was their lounge open. They attempted to confuse guests by offering points or a dining credit in lieu of, but these are the standard check-in benefits for elites that they were being repurposed as a replacement for the denied breakfast benefit. If this benefit is important to you then I’d recommend staying at the nearby Marriott where they continue to provide free breakfast to elites.

Well located fine hotel The Westin Copley Place is a regular stop when my fam goes to Beantown. Centrally located. If desired, you can pay an extra fee to have stunning views of the Charles River across to Cambridge and MIT. Harvard is not visible because it is around the river bend to the west. Service is good, but the staff is just coming back to full strength. A great choice if guests want to be in Back Bay/Fenway. Staff was very conscious of being healthy and safe.
