Home Away From Home Everyone from doorman to the front desk workers to the waitresses and bartender to the man who watched my luggage after check out was wonderful. My husband had a serious surgery at the nearby Mass General Hospital and my stay would have been much more difficult without the warmth, kindness and professionalism of the entire staff. My husband will most likely need further treatment and I will definitely stay again at the Wyndham. Awesome home away from home!

Wyndham Beacon Hill not as expected We arrived today at 2 pm and the hotel receptionist said that if we want to check in immediately we have to pay 25 $ because we arrived two hours earlier the official time. Very disappointing. Air conditioning is noisy, no ventilation in bathroom . We informed it to the front desk who promised to send someone to fix it but he didn’t show up.after staying in Hilton hotels in Miami and Washington I expected to get more for 300$ per night before tax.

Not up to Wyndham standars Dirty fridge - previous guests' leftovers remained for 2 days after reported. Black rotten bananas! The parking fee seemed excessive (30% the nightly room rate PER NIGHT). Staff was friendly. I highly recommend the Bakery on the corner "Flour"!!!

BUDGET STAY IN BEACON HILL Staying in Beacon Hill, or anywhere in Boston really, is really expensive. So while this room was not cheap, it was at least not shockingly expensive. The "lobby" is not really a lobby, just sort of a hallway with a check in desk. VERY small. It's a busy, crowded hotel likely due to the relatively inexpensive price. The rooms are as expected for such a price. It was fine, the rooms was clean and the beds and bedding comfortable. I would stay again if this is the area I wanted to visit. My only cautionary tale is the parking. The adjacent garage is $60/night. Ouch.

Good Boston location The hotel had an excellent location and the facilities were suitable for what we needed. Agree with other comments about the front of desk staff not being the friendliest. Room was clean and well stocked, breakfast service was very good and breakfast staff were lovely and friendly.
