Wander Inn

Nice place to stay The hotel is off of the main strip but still close to everything and is easy to get to. When we arrived, the staff was very friendly. The room we got was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet during the night. We used the outdoor pool during our stay and it was great! No big crowd. Their breakfast room was clean and had a good selection!

THE PROPERTY DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES!!!! My husband and I booked our stay almost 3 months in advanced. Just an FYI, DO NOT GO OFF OF REVIEWS ON BOOKING.COM!!! The pictures online do NOT represent what the property actually looks like. When we arrived, at around 2p.m., the lobby was locked. You have to press a "Ring" doorbell, and then someone will come out of one the rooms on the property. The person that came and UNLOCKED the lobby so we could check in had spilled food all down the front of his shirt. The lobby was in disarray. None of what he was explaining to us (breakfast time, locations, breakfast info) did not match what was printed on the pamphlet he gave us. We were the ONLY vehicle in the parking lot, except for their vehicle which was parked NEXT to the room he came out of and NEXT to the room we were put in. We parked our car, got out to view the room after seeing the outside of the property, without our belongings. The room was absolutely disgusting! I took pictures to prove it. I returned my rooms keys immediately and told them we would not being staying and left. Afterwards, I contacted the website that we booked through to attempt to get my refund because we did not stay. They reached out to the property and was told that they were going to issue the refund. TWO WEEKS later, the booking company states they have no notes where I have contacted them three different times. They have hung up on me the last two phone calls i have made. The property is now refusing contact with booking company and myself. Their "Office Hours" are somewhere between 9 and 2...yet check in is at 3pm. They have refused to let me escalate the issue to a supervisor. The phone calls are recorded, yet the representatives "claim" they have no access to them. The phone call were i was told that the property would be issuing my refund in 7 to 14 days, is now non-existent. I have used this company for many years and i will NEVER use them again. Their customer service is like my refund...non-existent. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT waste your money on these people.

Needs work In our room, the paint, carpet, and furniture were in poor condition. The bathroom floor was sticky. The young men doing our check in seemed confused...maybe they were new? I would not recommend and will not be returning.

Roach Infested Room This would be a great place to stay if you want to sleep with roaches! The bedroom floor was extremely dirty and sticky. I let management know about this and they did not care. I would steer clear of Docker's Inn and stay somewhere else!

Not the cleanest! We found two bugs in our bed. One looked like a dog tic. We also smelled marijuana both days we stayed. The room smelled awful. Outside of the room smelled awful. My son found hairs in his bed. Just not a clean & well kept place like I had hoped. The pool was very nice & clean, however!
