Overpriced stay option Rooms were decent but is slowly deteriorating. Breakfast was okay but could add some healthy options like fruits. Pool was freezing and the hot tub was closed for repairs. Elevators weren’t working during our stay which sucked since we were on the 3rd floor. For the steep price I would recommend finding a different place to stay.

Terrible experience but where to start….. Terrible experience but where to start….. Dirty carpets, door to room 101 appears to have previously been opened with a crowbar. Water bottle and food on floor under the desk when we arrived. Warped wallpaper in bathroom, peeling paint, and tile cracked in bathroom to where it felt spongy (most likely rotting subfloor). Shower door hinge cracked so door doesn’t close. Loose tile in entry. We booked because it had a heated indoor pool….but it leaks and has to be filled often so the water temp was 79 degrees, hot tub under repair. Elevators? Forget about it, out of order. Breakfast? Maybe…all the mornings we tried they were out of various things..juice, waffle mix, syrup. Staff comes in and eats with the guests. Front desk staff doesn’t bother with the food items as that’s someone else’s job but happy to eat while guests need help! Need an extra pillow for the pullout sofa? Nope, not available. I’ve stayed at Marriott properties across the globe and this is by far the worst and most disappointing hotel I’ve been to ever, let alone a Marriott. Need the most recent reviews and book as far away from this place as you can.

Worst Marriott Worst Marriott property I’ve been too. Elevator was broken, hallway lights broken, exterior doors were broken. The room was damp and humid. It also Had multiple bugs and the window was broken with no locking mechanism and opened up to the parking lot. It was obvious someone had broken into the room.

Worst Marriott we have stayed at…1* at best If I could rate this as zero stars, I would. The lift was broken and no one available to help us drag our luggage up to the 2nd floor. The whole hotel smells of dogs, if you accept animals, then you need to improve your cleaning significantly to ensure the smell of animals is not spreading throughout the hotel. The toilets in our room were both broken, no maintenance or management available to help or fix it that afternoon/evening, I see from previous reviews on TA that this is an ongoing issue. Expected us to just get on with it until the morning…,I’d love to know how we were expected to spend the night without working facilities!!! This hotel is dirty, old and tired, in desperate need of renovation, staff are inexperienced and left without a manager to take control when issues occur. Definitely not up to the usual Marriott standards, they can do much better but they need to spend some money bringing this one up to the normal standards, for a popular tourist town, this is a poor hotel. The Marriott Fairfield inn Branson is much better, we moved there instead the same evening and they welcomed us with the usual Marriott hospitality and standards. To Marriott Head Office, someone needs to get a grip on this hotel and its staff to bring it up to the expected standard….or lower its rating to a 1* and take the Marriott name off the door…..

Super disappointed!! The room was a dungeon, so dark. My biggest problem was, there is a separate bedroom but the bathroom is in the room. My husband naps and goes to bed early and I stay up. But because the bathroom is in the bedroom I couldn't go in there without disturbing him. So that really didn't work for us. The shower was a joke, the handle is deep in the shower so you get wet turning it on, and the shower door didn't close right so water was all over the floor when you get out, really bad design. The location is alright, but there was a lot of roadwork in front to the hotel so that was not ideal. The price is pretty steep. Breakfast is ok.
