Go to a real hotel, not a dirty time share scam. TLDR; Pay the extra money and stay at a real, clean hotel, not a time share scam pretending to be a resort. Pros: It was cheap for a studio on a weekend. A two night price was what we would have paid for one night at any other hotel in the Branson area. Cons: Check in was fast and the man at the desk was very friendly and personable. But then you have to go to another "parking desk" to get your parking pass. This desk is actually where they try to get you to sign up for a "tour" of the property that is actually a sales pitch for a time share. 15 minutes of questioning why I wasn't interested in free show tickets and cash. Been down the time share scam road before and I'm not interested. Put a bad taste in my mouth from the start. Once we get to the room, the bed was made nicely, but when we pulled the top sheet back, the bottom sheet looked wrinkled on one side of the bed like someone had slept on it. Upon further checking, there were definitely crumbs in the bed. So housekeeping never changed the sheets and just remade the top blanket. There were spare sheets in the closet, so we changed the sheets ourselves instead of trying to call house keeping. The Studio rooms have very thin connecting doors to the 2 bedroom rooms next door. Great if you know the neighbors. Not so great when that 2 bedroom is full of kids yelling, screaming and crying all evening and into the night. Add to that, the family made food or something that may have been an attempt at Italian, but reeked of burnt tomato sauce and garlic. The thin connecting door did nothing to stop the smell. It smelled up our room so bad, we needed to open the window. Except, the windows don't open. Not really the properties fault, but don't expect much privacy. The room was not very clean. Hair in the tub, the carpet needed a good vacuum, the tile and vinyl flooring had clumps of dirt at the edges of the walls and corners. Water spots on the faucets and mirrors like it had not been cleaned since the last guest. Just an overall dirty feeling. Other guests in the hotel seemed a little sketchy. A couple in a ground floor room sat out on the patio drinking beers out of a cooler. Nothing wrong with that. But maybe throw your empties in the trash instead of throwing them into a pile on the ground. The pile was gone the next morning, but it didn't make us feel like staying. Another man keep circling the parking lot. Not really scoping out the cars, but certainly loitering for some reason for long enough he was noticeable. Maybe not the properties fault, but I saw no staff any time we were there doing even a basic walk through. The property is lit up really bright at night. It actually made it look good. Maybe that was their answer to cheap security. It was so bright, that our room had a twilight feel even with the shades and drapes pulled. I woke up and thought it was 6:00 am. Nope, it was only 2:00 am. At least the foul smell from next door had dissipated. We booked two nights and only stayed one, cutting our Branson trip short. Something just felt off. Like lip stick on a pig.

Beware!! Well this rating is a two fold. I first want to talk about my experience with the staff. My experience with the staff was awesome. From the time we got there, through every issue, the staff was A1. If I could give them a 5 star _, I would, all except Aaron, but I will talk about him a little later. Upon check in, we ran into issues right off the bat. We had to wait so long to check in, that they ended up waiving my resort fee. We rented the two bedroom villa at the resort (room 703), and when we got to the room, the first thing we noticed was the heavy stained carpet. Not just in one room, in all rooms. The.kitchen was nice and stocked with the necessities we needed, but the furniture was so dated, old, and stained that I ended up purchasing a table cover just to feel comfortable enough for my family to eat on. It was a really nice size and roomy enough for my family of 6. The beds were nice, but the tubs in the second bedroom look like it had not been cleaned properly. Later on, I found out by maintenance house keeping that the stains in the tub was old paint that had never been cleaned up. (Remember I said we would talk about Aaron later). Let's continue.... my boys had to sleep on the pull out hideaway bed that the mattress was so stained that it looked like someone had been unalived ( i don't think I can say dead can I?) on that mattress. It was absolutely disgusting. The blinds were dirty, the area over the bed had something that had been wasted and never cleaned. The carpet in one.of the bedrooms had all old paint caulk in the carpet that had never been cleaned up. Now, let's talk about Aaron as I promised. He was the house keeping manager that assisted with our complaint call about the condition of the room. First off, he came in the room on his phone with his girlfriend and we had to wait until he was done honeymooning on the other line before our issues could even be addressed!!! (First mistake he made...were are already angry...and now we got to wait and listen to you honey mooning with WHOEVER this was on the other side of that phone). So, after about 3 minutes of waiting, he now decides to address us. He never apologized for our inconvenience, he came in the door with an attitude that we even complained, and we had now had to listen to him rant about 5 mins on how he can't keep any good help. ( I wanted to say, with your attitude, i dont blame them...but i digress). The icing on the cake is when he proceeded to tell us "we'll clean the hideaway bed mattress and carpet, but we're not cleaning the whole room again!" (Really?) But to say the least...he came back to the room after we left to go do some activities and at least tried to clean the carpet and hideaway mattress cover, but it was not much that could be done unfortunately. On the bright side, the kids enjoyed the activity room and the pool. Also, this location is not super far from the strip. Overall, I would never stay at this resort location ever again. But I really wish I could pack up their staff (all except Aaron) and take them with me on my next visit to Branson.

Good Vacation We traveled as a family during Spring Break. We had a good time in Branson, even though it was cold and very rainy!
