Highly recommend Premium Studio for couples For those who will make use of full kitchen amenities, we highly recommend the Premium Studio. We stayed in 116, back patio faces the river, rapids roaring in June, awesome view. Everything was clean, modern (side-by-side refrig / freezer with icemaker, etc) and comfortable. Great hot tub (industrial-strength jets) and pool. The staff was exceptional. Arrived in the AM to ride our tandem bike to Copper Mountain and back, no problem allowing us to park tin the garage. Got back before check-in, no problem allowing us to soak in the hot tub first. Room even had a washer / dryer (didn't use). Elevator available (easier for us to use stairs from parking garage to our room right above our car). Easy walk to downtown shops. Wonderful way to celebrate our 43rd anniversary.

Great location My husband and I stayed in a premium studio unit - 211west. The room was well appointed and the kitchen was very nice. I would only recommend requesting a unit that doesn’t face the main road. It was really noisy in the am. We used the fire pit and the conference room turned ski room. The location is perfect as you can walk to everywhere in town, the gondola, and ski in right across the street.

Not worth the money I read the reviews and I found them to be very mixed so I took a chance. We booked a 1 bedroom unit for myself and our daughter. The photos online were so nice and figured this can't be as bad as people made out. I have to tell you I was very disappointed with our unit. The first night we got there I immediately went to the front desk and asked them for another room. We went at the height of Spring Break so they were completely FULL. I felt like I was at frat house. The hallways wreaked of marijuana (I get it its legal there...but still) and our room was very small and cramped. It was a first floor unit and it faced the Main Street. It was very noisy with all the cars passing by and felt uncomfortable leaving the shades up with all the people passing by. The room just didn't feel clean. All the rugs on the floor were dirty and needed a good wash. There were scuff marks on the walls which needed a nice paint job. At $315 a night it just wasn't worth it. However the front desk help was very nice and tried to accommodate my request and were very pleasant. The bathroom sink was backed up and she sent a engineer to the unit and left me a bottle of wine and some chocolates to make up for my dislike with the room. The location was very convenient but the room itself was very disappointing.

Disappointing The television in the room is the first hotel TV I have ever experienced that did not offer even one news channel. The paper "guide" on the table corresponds to the online guide but there is no way to select any of the programs in the guide by using the TV remote control. The room was so overcrowded with furniture that it was nearly impossible to move around without bumping into something. Finally, it is worth noting the the taxes and fees add 40% to the advertised room rate. $65 in fees added to a room rate of $160 is unexpected. Moreover, there is no detail given for what is included in "taxes and fees" so it is possible that the "resort fee" is charged twice.
