Great stay and experience! Doyle, who works that the front desk, is a super friendly employee! He has a positive attitude and is fun to talk with. He is always ready to help and is super quick with all issues. He is very knowledgeable and when asking questions, he is able to answer clearly.

Nightmare It was dirty, moldy, and run down. Where do I begin? I should have run the first night when my key card stopped working twice and when I went to the front desk clerk, she stated that the property was "raggedy", her words, not mine but I wholeheartedly agree. There was black mold and dust by the air conditioning unit, which didn’t cool anything. I set it to 60 and it never got any cooler than 75. The toilet was dirty upon arrival and kept running and the key card stopped working multiple times a day randomly. I had to keep going to the front desk to get new key cards, sometimes they were there sometimes they were no where to be found leaving me to wander the halls or sit in my car until they decided they were ready to come back to the desk. The mattress was pilling which could be felt through the thin sheet fabric making it uncomfortable for me to sleep along with the fact that the room never cooled off. Half of the dryers didn’t work but only one had an out of service sign on it. I told the front desk another one wasn’t working on Tuesday, and when I left Friday they hadn't put a sign on it, they just kept collecting money for use. Lastly, when I left I left insulin in the refrigerator. I remembered a few hours later and when I called they told me that I would have to call back the next day to check with housekeeping. They staff was unable to check the room at the time because there was already a new guest in the room, presumably with the mold that was there when I was in the room because there is no way they treated the BLACK MOLD that quickly. Turns out, housekeeping "threw away" my medicine without contacting me to say that I left it.

Good stay - great staff We enjoyed our stay! Front desk staff exceptionally friendly, helpful and efficient. Suite was clean and everything worked well. Great shower pressure although the bathroom needed an extractor fan as steamed up easily. Room a bit dated and the Sonesta aesthetic of everything in black made it somewhat depressing. We would stay again.

Meh.... Pros - Nice, safe area. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Decently priced. Cons- Rooms in dire need of overhaul and updating. Bed was coming off the frame. Terrible pillows. Cover on bottom part of the dishwasher was missing and area there was dusty and dirty. Exposed nails on various walls. Coffee pot missing pieces and outlets on counter did not work. Have stayed here twice and will likely not stay again unless room conditions improve.
