Hilton Brentwood/Nashville Suites

Avoid this hotel if possible I am a generally loyal to the Hilton brand. This hotel however falls far short of the standard I would expect. From the facilities themselves being very dated with a minimal remodel to the people and service. I will definitely not be staying again and it makes me question the dedication to the brand. Rain working at the front desk was especially rude and unhelpful, however, that was just the icing on the cake for the bad experience that this hotel seems determined to provide.

Great suite The hotel room is lovely. We are in a suite and the amenities are great. The room has a door and lock so there is privacy . You could have an additional guest who can sleep on the sofa bed. The bathroom has two doors and can be accessed from the bedroom or the living area. The location is close to Kroger in case you need to stock up on groceries etc. The staff is friendly. The room is clean.

For a Hilton brand hotel, this was disappointing The lobby, restaurant and bar are very nice! But our room (123) looked like something you’d expect from a Super 8 or red roof inn, not a Hilton in Brentwood. The bed was horrible, sunk down to a dip in the middle, so my wife and I were dippin towards the middle all night. The plugs were half way sunken in the wall and loose, the bathroom looked like it was redone recently, but by some incompetent people. Cracks all over the ceiling they just tried to cover up with paint, no exhaust fan, rusted door hinges, the pull out couch was flimsy and the thinnest mattress possible. For a Hilton brand hotel, and what they charge, this was by far the worst room we’ve ever had in a Hilton brand. Never again will we stay at this particular hotel when visiting. Pathetic

Not what one would expect or deserve Terrible experience. Was there for one night. I was coming through late with my family and When I checked in they wrote the wrong room number on my key card sleeve. I went up to the third floor with my family, including a very tired 2 year old. Only to find my card would not unlock the door. I tried numerous times and sensor kept sowing red. As I was just about to walk back to the front desk to get new keys someone came to the door. How embarrassing. I went down and explained the situation and the front desk person said “oh looks like we wrote the wrong number down” not complimentary anything. Just a “whoops”. Terrible customer service. Then I find a charge on my credit card a few days later. The site I booked through said complimentary parking. When I called to inquire they mentioned the charge was for parking. You would THINK they would tell you this at check in. But instead all they say is. “Need a credit card for INCIDENTALS” whelp one would think that would be a good opportunity to mention there is a parking fee. Haven’t been to a hotel in a long time that charges a parking fee. But what takes the cake is the room. We had a 2 double bed room with a sofa bed. It’s enough for our family (3 children under 10, my wife and myself) when I pulled out the sofa bed I was surprised (or horrified) by the blood stain on the mattress. Like figure it out Hilton, change the damn paper thin mattress out of you have a blood stain on it. I would have expected much better from Hilton. Very disappointed.

Staff 10/10 Had an excellent stay despite the group of hockey kids that were staying and recklessly running through the halls loud unattended by there parents who were off getting drunk and leaving the staff to manage. The staff handle the situation with grace and patients. Even though the kids and parents were less than polite and honestly should have had CPS called. They made sure everyone was accommodated and comfortable. Responded to all the complaints regarding the hockey team’s disturbance and disrespect. The staff alone make this hotel a 10/10.
