Great hotel for those traveling with dogs Very accommodating, clean, pet friendly hotel with super friendly staff. The breakfast bar is really great as is the seating area. The room we had, which amounted to a small apartment (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms), was clean and had a kitchen that was not only fully decked out, but also clean. I mean all the utensils, dishes, pots and pans were sparkling clean. I've been to AirBnBs that had nice kitchens which were however terrible in terms of cleanliness. This hotel beats them by far. You can tell the staff does their job and does it well. Highly recommend especially if you are traveling with pets. There is a pool and a small basketball court in the middle of the courtyard. Really nice if traveling with kids, too.

A little expensive for the condition It was an ok hotel, but a little expensive for the condition. The layout of the room was very nice, and it was spacious. But some of the light switches didn't work. The front door was warped at the bottom, like somebody tried to kick it in. One of the toilets would randomly run (we had to shut it off at night so it didn't keep us awake). There weren't any towels at the pool, so my husband went to the front desk to ask for some. We were given 1 towel (there's 4 of us) and told there should be more out at the pool (which there weren't). Overall it wasn't horrible, but it could use some maintenance, especially considering the price.

Don’t Stay in Room 21 Generally this is an ok to good place to stay, been here many times in many different rooms for business travel, however my most recent stay in room 21 makes me want to never stay here again. Room 21 has the weirdest thing, something I have NEVER seen before. There is a WINDOW DIRECTLY OVER THE BED, in the ceiling, and a flimsy wood door NEXT TO THE BED leading to a hallway. The door is not the primary entrance and is less secure than the main entrance which has a metal door. The window is NOT a skylight, though this is a second floor room. The window just has a wood panel above it. Incredibly creepy feeling having to sleep in the bed between these two. Probably sounds like I’m making this up but I’ll try to attach a picture to the review.

Free EV charging! Hotel is tired, but at least they have complimentary, fast EV charging on site! New staff might not be aware, so ask to talk to the regional sales manager - he knows where the spot is. It’s near the front entrance.

Family visit to Bridgewwater Overall this hotel was a good fit for our weekend to visit family in Bridgewater. We had a two room suite and it was the perfect size for a family of four. The kids had their own room and bathroom, the kitchen with fridge was great for storing snacks, and the couch/tv in the living room was great for relaxing after a long drive. The outside of the hotel is a bit worn down. The inside of the rooms were clean and met expectations. The bedding is a bit thin and we had to get additional towels so everyone could shower at night. Our room was on the third floor and there is no elevator. It was fine, but could be a problem if you have a ton of luggage to haul up. The breakfast wasn't amazing, but it was sufficient and the kids both found things they could enjoy. We had some issues on the second night with another guest playing basketball after 10 pm. but the staff at the front desk took care of it. I'd recommend this hotel for the price and the space you get for families looking to stretch out a bit.
