Getaway TV didn’t work. Called desk couldn’t get it working. Entire stay with no tv. Don’t understand why such a basic item does not work.

Dirty, cobwebs, and broken After checking in around 6:00, we were told our room wasn't ready. Once we got to the room, it smelled like vomit and the tv didn't work. Cobwebs in multiple corners. Asked to speak to management, and still haven't heard back over a week later.

Do not stay ever Blood on mattress pad could see it through the sheets. When asked to change all the bedding on that bed they changed the mattress pad then put all the exposed bedding back on the new mattress pad. Next day asked another employee for it to be changed was informed there was no housekeeping I have to do it myself. Twice we were told we couldn't get towels and washcloths because there weren't any clean because there was no housekeeping. The other days it was like pulling teeth to get clean towels and toiletries even though they are supposed to be a part of your stay. And when they say breakfast it definitely does not constitute a complete breakfast in any way. One day was only waffles and biscuits with gravy which they ran out of.

Needs Aproving Very bad. Needs to update Beds and pillows and towels. Update and I might come back. It's in a perfect location.

Unprofessional and unhelpful front desk Had to call front desk staff for various reaskns prior to checking in. The first time I spoke with a gentleman to book through our friends wedding block. He told me that I should call our friends (the bride and groom) to let them know that they had blocked off the rooms incorrectly. Why would that be my job? I also asked about early check-in and he told me to call the day before which I am used to. When I then called the day before to ask about early check-in, I spoke with a woman who was incredibly unprofessional and condescending. She sounded irritated that I would even ask about early check-in and then proceeded to explain the concept of early check-in to me as if I had never stayed in a hotel before. She told me since they were completely booked up, we should call at 1 pm the next day. When my husband tried calling the next day, another woman on the phone seemed to have no idea if checking in early would be possible the day of. In addition, there is an indoor pool on the first floor that makes everything feel damp and moldy. The rooms felt unfinished and the beds were not comfortable. I guess we got what we paid for but still disappointing
