Ok Overnight stay Basic rooms. Breakfast was a bit hit and miss with choices and dirty dishes not always cleared up. Staff were excellent and helpful. Paid parking and limited tight spaces. Ok for the price point. We had our own car and so didn't use the shuttle.

Don't show up late, it will cost you! This is a nice hotel with a very nice staff but let me warn you - DO NOT SHOW UP LATE! I arrived here at 10:00pm, due to a long travel day, to find no parking available on Homewood's parking lot. Now granted they are in the same parking lot as the Doubletree by Hilton, which has numerous marked parking spaces. I asked the front desk where I should park and he told me I had to go over to the Doubletree to ask them if I could use one of there spaces. I was like "why do I have to ask them, you should do it since I'm staying here." Nope I had to walk over there, ask them and on top of it I had to pay, yes I had to pay $31.00 to park! For a hotel not to have enough parking spaces for their guests, then on top of it not to have vouchers or something they should give us so we don't have to go out of pocket for a hotel chain that shares the same location is ridiculous and very unprofessional in my opinion. A long day was made longer and very frustrating because of a situation that should never of happened. Fix your parking issues so the next guest doesn't have to pay out of pocket for your shortcomings.

Overall Good Stay I stayed at this hotel for a little over 2 months at the beginning of the year. My mother had a complex surgery and we stayed and got to know the staff very well. Most of the staff was incredibly helpful. The front desk staff was eager to help, very sweet, and very nice to talk with. We had a few maintenance issues but the maintenance staff was quick to respond, was courteous, and always had a solution. The kitchen staff, specifically Fred, was so nice and accommodating. Overall we had a great experience. The one area I would say was lacking was in the housekeeping department. The ladies who actually cleaned the rooms were so sweet and nice. They did a very nice job cleaning. Betty was fantastic anytime we needed anything. There did seem to be a disconnect around housekeeping scheduling. The first few weeks were ok but after that it was very sporadic. I spoke to the housekeeping manager multiple times and she was short and sometimes rude. I believe her name was Lucia. We were supposed to have our room cleaned once a week (we never had our privacy door thing on), we would go several weeks with no cleaning. I would see her in the lobby and ask if we could schedule a cleaning and she would say they were too busy that day. She said she would schedule it for the next day but no one would show up. I also speak a little Spanish and could hear her degrading and being rude to the cleaning staff. Her overall attitude did not coincide with what I experienced from everyone else. Overall we thought the hotel met our needs while my mom was recovering and most everyone was more than helpful and ready to accommodate. We got to know several staff members well and would stay again. I also thought it was important to know where the hotel may need improvement.

An Average Stay at Homewood Suites Nice large suites, perfect for our family of 4. The room had a stale, lived-in smell to it. The pool wasn't very warm and is shallow--great for young kids. Breakfast was decent but not a lot of variety. Overall, it was fine for the one night we stayed.

Hilton just doesn’t care Don’t expect the modern convenience of smart televisions! Silly me didn’t think twice about a hotel in the year 2024 not having a smart tv. Unfortunate because I am staying 18 days here to take care of a family member that just had surgery and we are room bound. And do expect to be gaslit by front desk. When I called Hilton Customer care they told me I had a premier room ( I would hope so I have. 2 bedroom suite one king and one queen with kitchen). Yet front desk told me that I don’t have a premier room and that is why I don’t t have smart televisions. Well that’s one story they told me. The first story was that one was going to be installed but they didn’t know the maintenance’s timeline on when that would occur. Hilton Customer Care said when they called the front desk they said they would get me firestick due to my room having no smart televisions. I won’t hold my breath on that promise. And yes the kitchen is so small one cannot open the dishwasher all the way because the fridge is in the way. Easier to wash dishes by hand. And do expect to be ignored by the general manager onsite. Voicemails and emails were not returned. Staying 18 days and paying a pretty penny for this type of service is no bueno. If planning on a long stay I do not recommend this place. They really don’t care.
