Happy Marriott Members We are Marriott rewards members and have never stayed at a Delta Hotel. From the minute we walked in the staff was friendly and the lobby was very nice and clean. Our room was very nice and larger than expected. We had a king room and a full size sofa , huge flat screen etc. The bed was very comfortable ( slept well). The room and bathroom were clean. We had dinner and drinks at the bar. Bar staff very friendly and good drinks. Food was good. We definitely would stay here again and look forward to staying at other Delta by Marriott Hotels. We did see a lot of negative reviews, we did not experience any of them! Happy Marriott Members! Charlie and Denise

Do NOT stay here This was the filthiest hotel we've ever stayed in. We had a reservation, arrived late at night, and were very tired but my wife noticed the smell of perfume on the sheets of one of the beds. In the light of day, we found dried urine behind the toilet, hair in the shower, a bag of potato chips behind a chair, and weeks worth of dust and hair on the window sill and the a/c unit below it. Not to mention other odds and ends around the room that should've been cleaned up. The front desk staff were courteous and accommodating, but the 7th floor cleaning staff was missing in action. Not to mention the continuous noise from Highway 81 traffic. Just the front of the hotel gives you pause.

Great stay in Bristol I stayed here for 1 night last week while I was in Bristol for business. I would definitely stay here again. Pros: -Check-in took about 2 minutes tops (quick!) and the staff was super friendly -Room was clean -2 free bottles of Aquafina water -Bed was comfortable -Full sized couch in the room -Large Flatscreen TV (if I had to guess, approx. 50 inches) Cons: -Some highway noise, but nothing major. Rooms are perpendicular to the highway, not facing it -Bathroom a little tight space wise Bonus: Hotel has a full-service bar and restaurant open for breakfast and dinner. I didn't get a chance to check it out, but it looked pretty nice. Restaurant open til 11. Bar open til midnight.

Strange Man In Our Room On a long road trip we decided to stop for the night at this hotel. I called to ask if they had space and was advised they had two rooms available. We checked in absolutely exhausted and got to our room around 11:30 AM. We fell asleep so quickly. At 2:30 AM we were woken up to a maintenance man in our room. Standing in our room for god knows how long. I immediately called the front desk and was advised that it was routine maintenance. Imagine that at 2:30 AM while we are sound asleep in a room we paid for. We asked to see a manager, there was none on duty. We asked the next day and again there was non on duty. We asked for a refund we were told NO. We called corporate, they haven't called us back. This hotel seems like it houses locals for long term stays. This does not feel like a safe hotel. There are other hotels in the area, seek them before you go to this place . This place does not care about their guests and their safety and privacy.

Last room in hotel, not clean, refused refund I booked a room here for my mom late at night during a long roadtrip so she can get some sleep. They gave her a room that was not cleaned, with the tv still on! Not sure if the room was just never cleaned or if someone was already occupying the room, either way unacceptable, especially for a woman traveling alone. She went to the front desk and they let her know it was the last room available. The front desk person advised her to contact our third-party booking agency to get a refund. Multiple calls, emails, and a week later, they denied the claim. The one night stay was not expensive so it was not a huge loss but beware when booking late at night. Would recommend you stay somewhere else.
