Broken Bow Nice place to stay. Clean and the staff was nice. Understand when it says Micro, it means small rooms. Was just right for a couple. Coke machine had hot drinks but there was an ice machine setting right beside it.

Worst customer service ever Absolutely would say run away... dont stay here. Worst customer service at desk where we were refused keys to a reservation paid for prior. We had 5 other rooms booked with family. There was a need for a disability not able to be accomadated no elevators and no first room floors. The lady then stated we would not be pleased anyway brought too much luggage for our room size and cancelled our stay refusing to provide a room key. We could have swaped rooms to accommodate thr needs. The lady was unbelievably rude amd threatened to call the cops. My family was told to leave without a room (already paid for) to stay. Ill never use Wyndham again. Placed smelled horrible... didnt appear clean and service unbelievable!!!

Wedding weekend We stayed two nights as we were in town for a wedding. We were on the first floor. Room was ok. It seemed smaller to me than other rooms I’ve stayed in. Needs more electrical plugs. We are in an era of electronics. Best thing was the shower. Great water pressure.

When large holes in towels are the bright spot The employee on duty (Angela) was the opposite of hospitable. My wife, young daughter, and I checked in around 8:00pm to our room. After check in I went to the front desk to request some extra toilet paper as we didn’t initially see where there was already an extra roll up high in the bathroom. After coming back with the toilet paper I did realize there were only two bath towels so I went back to get a couple more towels since we had more people than towels. I noticed an existing guest waiting outside the mechanical/storage room where Angela had retrieved the toilet paper for me so when I saw her come out of there to get the other gentleman his request I asked for two more towels. Begrudgingly, she went back in the storage room and came out with two bath towels for me. A little later while my daughter was taking her shower she finished and told us her towel had holes in it. We told her to grab the next one which she told us also had holes in it. We said to grab the next one and while it was at least hole free it did have staining on it. Ugh. After she came out I inspected the towels to see she was not joking at all. Some of the multiple holes were 8 inches wide. I took the three towels back to Angela at the front desk to get new towels and that’s when she said my family was not welcome there and we needed to find some other place to stay because she couldn’t handle this. She was not surprised at hearing and seeing holes in the towels, but because she personally did the laundry she was intent on denying there were stains despite my showing it to her on the towel. We were already all unpacked and ready to button down for the night. Angela said she was giving us a refund but we couldn’t stay. This was how I got to experience my very first and probably last stay at Microtel. I chose this place because I just joined the Wyndham Rewards program with my new credit card I applied for. I do not feel a simple refund is enough for this horrendous display of what I can only hope is not the typical Microtel experience or the culture of Wyndham properties. We had to spend more money at another hotel because Angela then exposed us to be forced to pay last minute rack pricing at a competitor. I would like to be contacted about this experience as I really want to understand the tone of Wyndham and the company’s true hospitality level because right now this is about all I have to go on.
