Do Not Recommend - You Get What You Pay For There is a saying you get what you pay for - I would not recommend this hotel. Rooms weren't cleaned by 3rd day as their policy states - the room was very musty, not sure if the a/c filter was ever cleaned or changed. Beds were way too soft. Wife and I started dealing with sinus issues by 2nd day. Checked out 1 day early and forfeited the cost of the room. Never again and would not recommend.

As soon as we opened the door to our room, a nasty smell hit us like a wall. We walked into the dimly lit room, and it felt moist. Everything was rusty...the lights on the bedside table were missing their finish, and the exposed metal was rusted. The bathroom was not clean. Dirt was on the floor, the sink, the bathtub, and the toilet - inside and out. Unfortunately, when booking this, we opted for the pay now option on Booking.com, so sadly our stay was non-refundable. We contacted Booking.com immediately to see what our options were. We spent over $350 on our reservation at the Quality Inn, but it was so bad that we decided to pay for another hotel closer to our destination. That should tell you how bad this place was. Do not waste your money on this hotel. There's a Hampton Inn next door, spend a bit more money and stay there. It was unavailable during our stay. The staff were not friendly and acted like they couldn't do anything. We are working with Booking.com for some type of refund. I'm just glad we were able to find a different hotel. We drove for over 12 hours, and this hotel was so disappointing.

Great stop over lodging! This is a very well kept and friendly Quality Inn. Located just off of 75 in quiet Brooksville, Florida! It is old school Florida and old school hotel/motel but so nicely kept. The grounds are really pretty and have a tropical courtyard with beautiful pool for the kids. We stayed twice this month and overall enjoyed our stays. Staff both times were so friendly from front desk to housekeeping too. They care about the property.

one night stay Had a great stay! everyone was friendly from the front desk staff to the the housekeeping and everyone in between. rooms were clean and welcoming. breakfast was great for a hot hotel breakfast. will stay again.
