A Wonderful Family Stay at Knott’s Berry Hotel My family and I have had the pleasure of staying at Knott’s Berry Hotel on several occasions, and each visit has been consistently excellent—our most recent stay was no exception. From the moment we arrived, the team was welcoming, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. The rooms were spotless, the facilities well maintained, and the overall experience thoroughly enjoyable. We already look forward to our next visit. The breakfast options were ideal for families—affordable and convenient, with access to light bites and quality coffee from the on-site café. Our two young daughters absolutely love staying at the hotel, and as parents, my wife and I particularly appreciate the location: close to all the attractions without feeling crowded or hectic. The free shuttle bus offered by the hotel helped make a usually hectic trip to Disneyland, smooth and simple. The hotel's design is modern and stylish, with tasteful décor that complements the theme of the adjacent park, adding an extra layer of charm to the experience. We’d like to extend our sincere thanks to the entire team for making us feel so welcome once again. Your continued hospitality does not go unnoticed, and we truly look forward to returning soon.

Great location and basic room We have been staying here for years and been here through all the renovations. Location is great for the Knotts and is also just a 15 minute drive from Disney. We were in a two queen bed which was clean, nice and spacious. However the air conditioner did not work and could not keep up with the heat even at night. When we brought up to a maintenance person who was in our room he didn’t do much. However when we brought it up to a manger they had someone come in who switched it out and put on a wall unit - so I’m not holding this against the hotel since once we spoke to some in the front desk they fixed it. They also cleaned the room everyday and our person did a great job. Also comes with a safe and a small frig. The main downside is the water pressure in the shower was TERRIBLE.

Great location-basic rooms-clean and comfortable You can’t beat the location of the hotel if you’re going into the park. The hotel has been renovated in the last 5 years and while we encountered a few issues (AC didn’t work in the room (and we asked for help with this twice) and the safe jammed which maintenance was able to fix) overall, the hotel is a economical choice for families going to Knotts. The room was cleaned daily, with our beds made and fresh towels. The negatives-the laundry facility uses a prepaid card and the smallest amount you can load is $10 which meant we left with funds still On the card. The restaurant on site is horrible. Absolutely overpriced for food that is worse than a cafeteria. The water pressure in the rooms is non-existent. There is currently construction on the stairwells which could be noisy.

Great hotel- family trip to Disney We loved this hotel, we stayed for 4 nights, we didn’t make the most of the facilities, we’d had a long flight from the UK & then had 3 days Disney tickets. There was a bookable shuttle to Disney, and taxis went badly priced. The room was fresh & a decent size. Everybody we met who worked there was just lovely!! Thanks for a great stay

Great stay We have just come back from a week at the knotts hotel we had a great time.Check in was easy and we had a lovely room on the ground floor if I was being picky you could hear the cars pulling up and dropping off as we overlooked the entrance but wasn't a problem.we ate breakfast in the restaurant a few times we all had the buffet breakfast was very good value for money and plenty of fresh juices and coffee.we bought tickets from the hotel to go into knottsberry farm at 53dollars each which was good and the park is easy walking distance.we used the pool and the jacuzzi it is a lovely area to unwind and you can get drinks from the bar if you like to have by the pool ,plenty of loungers and tables and chairs .we used the steam room and it has a great gym .There is a wall greens just over the road where you can buy beer and wine and snacks .The area around the hotel is lovely we felt very safe we walked to the IHOP for breakfast and the rock and brew is which is excellent also the outback bar and restaurant everyone was so friendly.I had seen before we left there was a laundry but unfortunately we couldn't use it as you have to download an app and if you don't live in America you can't use it as wouldn't except uk phone number and you needed a code sent to phone so that wasn't great as couldn't get clothes dried after water rides,and there is not a lot of wardrobe and draw space in hotel room but maybe that was because we were there 7 days think most people only do a few days we had asked when we checked in if we could keep room on as had a late flight back but we had to wait until the day we were leaving to find out if we could we were allowed to stay till 3oclock and it was only 30 dollars which helped if you wanted later you had to book an entire night.overall a great hotel and we will definatley return.
