I would not come back again. Super old hotel. Everything was broken from elevator to bath tub clogging issue. Outlet to bathroom blinds. Be ready to wait for things to get it done. We had booked VIP suite but service was not as expected.

Terrible— if you are looking for a nice comfortable hotel, look elsewhere! Our stay was awful. Dirty disgusting pool floor. It looked as it had not been cleaned in weeks. The elevators were out of order which was scary because I cannot do stairs. We were advised to use the service elevator. There are no fans in the bathroom, water seeping out of the bathroom onto the rug, the sink in the bathroom was totally clogged and the water would not drain. The shower curtain was way too small for the shower. The water flooded the bathroom. The maid service was awful. We ran out of towels. Service to make up the rooms was awful. They didn’t come one day at all then when they came the next day, they came and only made up one of the beds. The valet service was awful. We had to wait 45 minutes for our car in the morning. We were late to an extremely important event. Our room was horribly damp and humid, it also smelled terribly musty. If you are looking for a comfortable safe place to stay, look elsewhere. A waste of money! Very disappointed

Horrible experience - do not recommend this hotel! We have stayed at various Hyatt hotels when we travel, and this Hyatt was by far the worst experience we have ever had. Upon receiving the digital key to our room, we noticed that there was no room number associated with the key, so we still had to visit the front desk to check in. When we arrived, we let the valet attendant know we were l leaving immediately after dropping our bags off. He did not offer us a valet ticket, and we thought nothing of it. We figured we would valet the car and get the ticket when we returned. Nope, not the case. We returned to the hotel after midnight only to find the entire front circle of the hotel packed with cars. After finally being able to pull our car in, we were met by a hotel employee who told us the valet company only works until midnight, and our only option was to self-park our car at a nearby garage. After parking the car and returning to our room, my kids noticed mold on the ceiling of our room, near the air vent for the AC & heat. After returning home, we received a copy of our folio (we checked out via the hotel app), and we were charged for breakfast at one of the hotel restaurants that we did not have! I would not recommend this hotel at all!

Disappointed and dissatisfied It should not be a Hyatt, change it to a 2 star generic motel chain in North America. Hotel doesn’t have parking and you need to pay additional for parking around the hotel, usually at around 20$. Hotel is dilapidated, carpets stinks, they advertise as king bed rooms but give u queen bed. Vending machine doesn’t work, pool is small, usually overcrowded and has a strong chlorine smell. Better hotel available at that price point.
