Very clean, comfortable, great breakfast, great service Had to make a quick trip to Burbank for family funeral--needed several rooms. Were able to get good price. Rooms were exceptionally clean and amenities available. The ambiance was dated, but were told they will be remodeling soon. Bedding was great. Breakfast was much more than we had expected. The service was great--very helpful and accommodating. Very surprised to get fresh towels and sheets every day for our 4 day stay. Would recommend highly for great place to stay while doing things in the valley and Hollywood.

Good location, decent stay We stayed here for 3 nights, the location was great for Universal Studios, the WB tour, and stores (Walmart, target, etc). Location was the biggest pro. It was also nice that they had an included breakfast, although it was very basic (coffee was good!). Fridge & microwave in room. Lots of hot water for shower. A couple cons were the towels were small & thin (as were the pillows), and the fridge made a loud buzzing noise that was very annoying when trying to sleep. Overall it was ok for 3 nights!

AMAZING PLACE TO STAY This place COMPLETELY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!! I mean it looks great online, but it is so much better than I had expected. First of all the place is amazing, in a very nice, safe area, with plenty of places to grab food and things to do. Everything is brand new. The room was great, the bed was great, the pillows were great, the water pressure in the shower was incredible!! They had a fridge, a microwave, great wifi, and they actually had Showtime on the huge plasma TV. But the breakfast was REALLY GREAT!! Everything was so clean and such an amazing selection a nice area to sit and eat it! But the best thing was the staff, so nice and helpful!! The staff was very I visit to Burbank every few months and I will definitely be back!!!

A rough 4 rating based on a few things... This is a tough place to review.... The rating one gives is influenced by so many outside factors though some are internal. So it's tough to find a reasonable cost clean and nice and secure location in Burbank. Personally I would recommend another but the cost at that location is a third more than this location, thought that one has a better location going for it as well. See my other Burbank, hotel review from this trip. So this hotel doesn't have as nice an secure feeling neighborhood, it does have Franks Restaurant attached which is not open but is a fun thing to look at, it's like it just closed and everything inside looks like it's open for business, that's cuz so many movies and tv shows use it for filming, there is a list posted on the window, fun and interesting thing to look at while staying here. The front desk was friendly on check in though I had to wait for them to return from the store. The rooms are upgraded at some point not that long ago, though you get the feeling while the hotel tried, it can't keep up with a clientele that sometimes you get the feeling at this hotel beats up the rooms a bit. Some of the furniture though not that hold isn't handling that well. You get the feeling that though the room is kept clean it still is somehow dirty it's hard to describe, and the sirens on the street during the night I guess either added or detracted from the atmosphere here. I don't feel like I would bring my family here though it was a good place to overnight as I attended a Dodger game with not a horrific commute to the stadium or other nearby Burbank locations. The bed was ok, but I can't say I slept well and the shower does have low water pressure and towels are small and a bit worn. So yes, for the area and for the price I kinda have to give it a 4, because it could be so much worse, though I'm not sure I would personally stay again and keep in my pursuit of the ultimate in mid priced but great Burbank accommodation.

Overall it was ok We went in late July. The person checking us in was very nice. The room was a bit run down but overall clean. Definitely needs a new shower head (zero water pressure). It is loud outside but since it was hot we had the AC running so that helps drown out the noise. Parking was good (probably we got there around 8pm) and there were only a couple spots left (some were reserved but that was for a restaurant that not longer is open). We did find a roach when closing the curtains (it's a motel so I guess they make their way in?). Good location for Universal Studios. Overall it was ok-not the best, but not the worst.
