The B.S You don't get what you pay for.. your total on the website is not what they charge you physically..total goes from $85 to $100 for a single room..now the rooms are $130 -180 on the weekends which is insane..they ask for deposit when they feel like it..they put you in what they want to put you in regardless of what you booked..The new housekeeping staff is horrible...if you stay over they don't make sure you have towels or tissue even when you sat them outside ..the rooms still are dirty..mold in the shower..toilets don't flush has a trash can underneath ..the wifi doesn't work AT ALL and they supposedly have 2 connections to use ..TV's aren't updated the sound goes in and out..they get mad and frustrated when you ask for what you pay for and claim they can't refund when you're not satisfied....on top of that it now has ROACHES..they have these big worms that be in the corners..Very disgusting..The new manager is rude and feels as if the customers opinion doesn't matter..he won't rent to you if you ask too many questions or to any of your concerns ..it's our money that gives him the job..I'm mean seriously..as of our money means nothing...I really hope the owner sees this cause he knows me quite well... as much money I've paid to be there just because of how they USED to be and it's been for some years before it even got bad..I don't appreciate the overlook of loyal customers .. it's ridiculous when they want all this money but won't repair or fix the problems ppl come with..I'll no longer be a faithful customer to the Super 8 of Burlington, NC ...and I know they got hella money from Us..so that's the tea__‍♀️

Guest My stay at super 8 was not the best...there was scum on the soap dish in the bathroom shower...the dresser and remote was broke...loud noise at night ...the 1st room they gave me the tv screen had a long line across the screen...I had to beg the hotel owner to move me to another room...he told me the room was 75 I end up paying 85

You get what you pay for. I chose this hotel after reviewing the recent reviews on tripadvisor and because it was close to Graham, NC for what I thought was a decent price ($82 plus tax). After check in we realized some of the reviews may not have been truthful and certainly not accurate. The family running the hotel was nice, but the hotel has certainly seen better days. If your looking for a low end hotel and care more about price than the accommodations, it does keep you out of the elements and did have a good shower.

Don't even think about this place If Trip Advisor permitted, this rating would be ZERO. Not sure where to start. When making the reservation I requested a ground floor as we have mobility problems. They wanted to give us a second floor room on arrival. After much discussion they reluctantly gave us a ground floor room. It was a smoking room that even had an ash tray in it although my reservation was for a non-smoking room. The bath tub had hundreds of cigarette burns [NASTY].....if I knew how to put a picture here I would.....but that is over my 'pay grade' at 76 years old. The toilet seat was not 'anchored' {IE. LOOSE} and the flush handle was so loose that you could turn it 360 degrees....made it difficult to flush as well as stop the water from continuing to run. There was only one drinking cup in the room. The carpet was dirty and there was hair in the sink. The "bathroom & sink area" floor was sticky, indicating that it was dirty. Water pressure was OK until turned to hot and then it was a trickle and it was not hot. Our room was at the back of the hotel but we still experienced road noise. Possibly the worst part of all of this is that their room charge was $86.56 plus taxes for a total of $95.00 !!!!!!! I cannot understand how Trip Advisor could give this property a 3 1/2 rating unless there were a bunch of reviews written by those who have a vested interest in it. AND....Super 8 should pull their franchise......I have had a few Super 8 problems over the years, but nothing like this place. I wouldn't even send someone that I didn't like to this place.!!!!!!

Bodily Fluid Hotel This place is NASTY!!! I saw a few rooms and there was bodily fluid on the couches and beds and the toilet was leaking in a bucket. When I told the desk guy they were too filthy (at 6pm), he said well you checked in early (which was at 3pm before I went to dinner and never saw the room until just now. I tried to cancel and got attitude. So I had to call corporate to cancel my second night. NEVER STAY HERE!
