Great staff... dirty rooms! The staff is super amazing! The room.... not so much. From food on the table tops, to sticky stuff on the bedside ta oe handle (eeeww), toss in broken toilet seats, rotten blueberries in the sink drain and you have one of the worst places to stay.

Just Horrible!!! Our family had such an awful experience at this location in Burr Ridge. ESA Burr Ridge is poorly managed; carpets everywhere have nasty and smelly stains, and the lobby and elevators smell of cigarettes and weeds. Definitely not family-friendly. We booked a room with double beds, and they changed our room to a queen-sized bed on the day of check-in with no sofa bed. There were three of us: my husband, myself, and our 12 yo son. There was no effort from the front desk person Marcella and her manager Juanita to switch the room to accommodate us, not offering a mattress, roll-away bed, extra pillow, bedsheets, and comforter to make us comfortable in an old, dingy room. Nothing! It was frustrating to even ask for towels and sheets from the tall guy on the evening shift. Juanita told us she will try to get us a mattress but you know what? There was no follow-up, and she pretty much disregarded the situation because she didn't work the weekend. Those three nights in that room where my husband ended up sleeping on that disgusting floor were a NIGHTMARE! We have never encountered such a sloppy, unprofessional, rude staff in our hotel stays. We did not feel it was worth our time and money, leaving us frustrated the whole time. I would like to share our horrendous experience and let you know how these people operate this business and treat their guests. Please stay away, do not give them your hard-earned money, and leave with so much aggravation as we had.

excellent place excellent service, and very attentive and friendly staff,the place is clean and organized,In general, it is a very good option at a very good price, close to I-55, restaurants and other amenities,very good experience, and as I said before, the staff at the reception were very friendly and very helpful, including the other employees

Great Experience One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Everything was super clean and nicely organized. Beds were made perfectly (until my children came in) haha Diana Rincones was so amazing! She’s extremely knowledgeable about the area where my family and I can visit and it really shows how much she loves the hotel we felt very comfortable during our stay. I would give a 100 stars for all around great experience.

Amazing place and visit Amazing staff, clean, respectful and perfect location and amenities. The staff is always helpful 24/7 and always have a smile on their faces. I'm lucky to have chosen such a great place to stay. Especially with the holidays coming up.
