DO NOT STAY HERE IS POSSIBLE! This was the WORST experience I've had at a hotel. The pillowcases were dirty, bathroom not cleaned well, unpleasant staff and bad customer service, even to honor members! The pictures are of 2 different pillows! This is in addition to messing up our reservation.

Double charged for the room and manger refusing to help or refund double charge BEWARE! This place will double charge you. We used a travel site for booking and the hotel also charged claiming they never received payment but we have clear documentation showing they did. After talking to the manager he would not do anything to help. We have all our documents, reservation number through booking site and credit statement showing we are charged twice. Manger blamed it on the travel company and is refusing to reimburse the 2nd charge . Be very careful and make sure all your charges are correct.

Rude District Manager I paid for a room with 2 king beds and when I arrived because I had a pet I was given a room with 2 queen beds. I was also told at the time of booking that there was no fee for pets. When I arrived I was told there was a fee of $50 each night. I was also told at the time of check in that $100 would be refunded to me at check out if the room passed inspection. Now I’m being told that the $100 was added to the pet fee of ($150) but I was still charged the full $150 instead of $50. The young man at the desk said that he would be adjusting the rate for the difference in rooms but apparently he did not. So now I have been charged for the king size bed room and not the queen and I don’t see the $100 for room incidentals been credited back to my credit card. When the district manager was given the phone he was EXTREMELY rude and told me that I would have to contact the 3rd party company. I need to be reimbursed for the difference of the king room vs the queen room. I will NEVER patronize or recommend to anyone country Inn and Suites.
