Met all my needs and helped my Spanish First let me encourage all english speakers to please come. Yes the staff aren’t fluent but hey it’s Mexico and they need to practice just like we do. The pools are pleasant. The rooms are fine and the air conditioning works. The neighborhood is safe after dark and much quieter than other areas in the hotel zone. The staff are adorable and so pleasant and helpful. The food at the hotel is good but if it’s not to your taste, there’s several restaurants in walking distance. It is on the caribbean but it is next to boat docks and almost no waves. If the open full on wavy ocean is your thing it may not be up to snuff. Overall this was a great experience and I would return.

Small Resort Big ❤️ This is a small resort. Friendly staff some who have worked here 30 years. They do manily speak Spanish... bc it's Mexico. We did fine with our limited Spanish and google translate. The food is traditional central Mexican food. That's not enchiladas, tacos, or taco salad. We had fresh fruit and veggies everyday. This is not a smoothie, vegan, special diet place. This is like Anthony Bourdain took you on a tour to a neighborhood in Mexico with great food, wonderful bar and opportunity to make new friends. Thank you to Jose, Osmond, Manuel, Clara, Ivan, Jerry, All front desk staff and all the activities directors. We were there for 4 days. Always a clean room, cold drink, quiet beach and friendly staff.

DO NOT BOOK this hotel. Worst hotel I have ever been to All inclusive is a joke room are old outdated and not well maintained the first room had a refrigerator that was not working and rusted. The stovetop was old and the wrapped the burner pans in foil! Food is subpar, drinks are cheap liquor and cheap beer. Never again!!

It was 3 pm and my room still wasn't ready, the hotel is neglected, there were hairs in my room, you can hear everything from everywhere, the buffet has few options, and there's no place to work. I do not recommend at all, we had to switch hotels, we had such a bad experience.
