No hassle vacation This is a great hotel. When I go on vacation, I want a relaxing time with no issues and that’s what I expect from this resort. Check in was easy, about 5 min. No long lines. Our luggage was delivered to our room. When I went down to the front desk to ask a question and a few people were ahead of me, someone else recognized that people were waiting and started helping them while in line. Everyone is genuinely trying to help. Staff is outstanding. Room clean with large tv and American channels. Not the most modern room but not outdated either. Service and food at pool and beach are great. We lost a pair of EarPods at the pool and we went to the front desk the next day and they were at lost and found. Added advantage is being able to go to JW Marriott next door.

Great time Fantastic service and amenities. Diego at the bell stand was everywhere at once. He was a true professional. Thank you! Pool was in great shape and crystal clear. Great variety on the menus and drinks didn’t disappoint. Even with all the mask nonsense, this was an incredible trip.

Not fun! We went to Marriott Cancun for a friend’s birthday. We had such a mediocre experience compared to our All inclusive experience at other hotels such as Iberostar. There was no entertainment, no music, nothing fun happening! The pool was small and boring! We could not even use the sister hotel JW pool, which was larger but still boring with no entertainment! Kids club was closed. The beach was disgusting and wasn’t being cleaned and full of seaweed, Iberostar Cancun that we went to afterwards cleaned the water and was clean! Food and drinks were super expensive. Overall, nothing to write home about and won’t be back!

Unforgettable experience at this amazing hotel Our stay at the Marriott Cancun Resort was just fantastic. As we had booked a room with a complete view towards the ocean, we had the great privilege to be able to watch the sunrise/ sunset every day from our room. The room itself was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. Although the hotel offered a variety of different activities like parasailing, etc., we spend a lot of time at the pool and at the beautiful beach. Furthermore I would like to especially highlight the kindness and politeness of the staff, which always tried to ensure that we as a guest had a great time and were very helpful in general. I would highly recommend staying at the Marriott Cancun Resort, it is a beautiful hotel with great food and a perfect location.
