Highly recommended Great experience staying here. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Great location right on the beach. Lots to do around the area with a Supermarket within walking distance which made us save some money on some meals. Will definitely be staying here again.

Attentive and friendly staff We stayed a week here with the family and had a great time. Everyone was so attentive. Vincente, Raphael and Antonio especially. Vincente always gave us great recommendations for food and places to visit. We will definitely stay here for our next visit.

Food is not good, but service from Sergio is amazing Sergio was the best!!!! Besides the bad service, he was amazing and very nice to us? Such a great service from him o they than that everything was ok, the most enjoyable thing is the view, but again the service from service was fantastic!! Love it

Not a happy ending _ Started out 5 and now barely a 2 we were promised a beach cabana on our arrival and today a lady told my wife she had to leave as it was given to someone else I guess our not purchasing more points had something to do with that we have 42 years left on our timeshare mine 75 wife 65 so we don't travel much that being said they had my wife in tears and also wouldn't wait on her this will ne our last trip to this place as they really need to get their act together.

Disappointing Experience as a Member I would like to share my recent experience as a member at your hotel. After investing a significant amount in my membership, I was deeply disappointed with the treatment I received during my last visit. From the moment I arrived, the service was subpar and the staff seemed to lack professionalism and courtesy. In particular, my encounter with Ms. Candi last Thursday was extremely disheartening. Her arrogant attitude and unwillingness to assist made me feel completely neglected as a member. Furthermore, the lack of clarity regarding the supposed regulations for members and the refusal to provide them in writing demonstrates a lack of transparency and respect towards customers. As a committed member, I expected to be treated in accordance with the value I bring to your establishment. However, this experience has left much to be desired and has made me question my decision to continue being a part of your community of members. I sincerely hope that this feedback serves as a wake-up call to improve customer service and the quality of the experience for all members in the future.
