5 star service! Amazing service; excellent food and wonderful staff! Sergio at Beachwalk was always attentive to our needs and gave us world class service. We will definitely return to this resort as loyal Bonvoy members. We will recommend this property to anyone looking to travel to the Cancun area!

JW delivers Great hotel and friendly staff everywhere. We were greeted by friendly faces starting at the guard house out front! Room is very nice and the bathroom is second to none. Great rooms. We ate at Sedona grill and let me start by saying WOW! I had the blackened cod, ceviche that had a mixture of squid, shrimp, and other white fish mixed w lime and goodness. Finished it with guacamole that was topped with bacon and chicharron. Everyone at the table had something different and equally delicious. Went to the pool and lounged in their edgeless pool with a fruity alcohol drink. Gotta say it was a good day :-)

Our stay this week We have been here since Thursday and everything has been really great! Our room is Caribbean suite which is what we paid for it’s on the 5th with a ocean view highly recommend!! Very large perfect for a family. We didn’t do club 91 which I was disappointed not but it was $250 a person per night that’s just too much...... we have had great service from most all! Luis at the concierge has been awesome, Abner he is a pool are specializing in the cabanas and pool set and he made several dinner reservations for Us he was always so polite ms helpful!! Marco a supervisor with the outside bars was wonderful and helped out one day when I had a problem with my drinks. Also Abel was great! The workers in the cafe were always friendly! The lady who brings drinks etc in spa is was the nicest.

Excellent Place to Stay Two main reasons why we choose to stay at the JW Marriott. The first one is the staff, everyone is very friendly and they treat you like royalty, at the JW when a guest thanks a member of the staff, their response is always “my pleasure”. The second reason is how well management keeps up with the properly, there is always something being done to make sure it is up to the JW standard but guests are not inconvenienced. Sure there are other more expensive hotels, but trust me when I tell you they will not have a friendlier staff or better accommodations.

Cancun vacation Abner and William have been the best in making this trip the best! They helped us in almost everything from reserving pool cabanas to boat excursions to dinner reservations- they have been an absolute best! Thank you William and Abner!
