Respect and courteous Amazing staff! From check in to check out, the staff was friendly, competent and caring. Hermès starts your stay off on a high note. He’s polite and cares about your experience. We were exhausted from business travel and Hermès brightened our evening. The hotel is clean. Beds comfortable. Quiet. Nice breakfast.

Disappointing experience From now on we should just stay at hotels that have the TripAdvisor awards. We trusted the reviews and were sadly disappointed. Staff not welcoming, breakfast was terrible, not like other Hilton Garden Inns. The restaurant was not accessible to the hotel, you had to walk outside to access it. very pricy for the food. We like staying at Hilton Garden Inns for the convenience one of having a decent restaurant onsite after a long day of traveling. Jackson’s was pricey, limited menu, and lacking good service.

Perfect for a wedding at Bella Sera We stayed two nights for our daughters wedding at Bella Sera, very close to the venue. We had free shuttles to the venue. The hotel staff was very nice. There was a bar/restaurant attached, Jackson's open until 2:00 am - con: you had to walk outside to get to it, but not far. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern.

The dead zone I arrived at 6:00 pm Sunday to the most bizarre scenario. The restaurant was closed. The lobby was empty, the front desk was unattended. The place was vacant! I walked the hall, wandered around for 5 minutes, even went behind the front desk to the admin office ( also empty)...It was like an episode of the twilight zone! I went back out to my vehicle and CALLED the hotel, only to get a recording to "leave a message". Could not check in or register, and left bewildered. It was like their entire staff had walked out and left the door open! I've never seen anything like it. I've had great experiences with Hilton hotels, but this one was just insane. I would give it a negative 5 if I could. Totally unacceptable. Will never book here again.

Horrible Experience Very noisy, people yelling in hallway, knocking on multiple doors by adults. Front desk clerk could not control the people partying in the lobby. Went down at 4 a.m. because couldn't sleep due to the noise and people were in the lobby drinking and partying. Very miserable weekend at this hotel.
