Just an ok hotel The rooms are ok. This hotel is definitely older but good for the price. However, the fitness center is awful. The Equipment is super old and there are no free weights. It’s not like other Hampton inns. WiFi works well. I will probably not return.

Not happy with management and sales rep. Hilton customer service is very bad. They will not admit there mistakes. Don’t I booked few rooms for a wedding. For all the bookings Hilton gives points for the stay. This hotel refused to give proper points. Staff and GM not aware of any Hilton rules and falsely promising all the points. I suggest do not book this hotel to anyone. Rates are not cheap and hotel is old

Not the quality you would expect from a Hampton Inn Hotel exterior was inviting but that’s about it. We arrived and got to our room which was not what we booked. Had to go down to lobby and change. Carpets were trashed, burn holes in the chairs that are in the lobby. The mattresses need to be replaced, it left my back in absolute pain. They are old and sunken in and I couldn’t wait to get home to sleep in my own bed again. The workout area and pool were dirty and they would do nothing about the 14 kids screaming ungodly loud in the pool area. Hilton should pull their name off this Hotel because it is the equivalent of a run down 1 star Hotel. If this is now the standard of a Hilton Brand hotel I will start staying somewhere else.

Families beware I booked my stay a full month in advance of my stay with “Confirmed Connecting Rooms by Hilton” for our family of 6 (4 minors.) Upon check-in at 4pm, we were told that no connecting rooms were available for our stay but rooms should have been blocked out for us and a note would be left for the manager on Monday. (We stayed Sat-Mon). Feeling like we had no choice, we accepted the best they could do which was rooms across the hall from each other that frustratingly both had the capability to be connecting rooms. This change in our planned accommodations caused me to literally lose out on a night of sleep. Not ideal. On top of that, the hotel itself is old and loud. We could hear people walking, doors slamming, toilets flushing, even phones ringing in the rooms above and near us, all of which could be heard over the white noise machine I’d brought. One of our rooms had a VERY slow draining tub which basically made every shower a bath, and the other had sunflower seeds jammed into the air conditioning vents. The seating in the lobby area is beyond worn. Holes in the upholstery, sagging cushions, etc. This would never be my first choice for our family again. Especially when, upon check-out we learned that notes had NOT been left for management and the manager then decided the best course of action would be to blame ME for the room assignments, going so far as to condescendingly explain to me that rooms 319 and 320 are across the hall from each other while rooms that are both oddly or evenly numbered would be on the same side of the hall. Trust me, I’m aware. It’s not what I chose or what I wanted. When I asked for compensation for just one of the two rooms, I was told no and informed they “can’t do that.” I was told “well, you stayed here” as if the better option would have been to pay for the rooms that were “confirmed” (but not guaranteed!) and also drive around town with 4 kids to find somewhere that could actually offer adjoining rooms. In the end, I was given 10% off, which is not even enough to cover the room tax, and told to call the customer assistance number. They also offered points but could not tell me the amount of points or offer any confirmation that they would be issued. If you are traveling with a group or family, beware that your confirmation means nothing.

Worn and torn carpeting The staff was nice but the carpets in the hallway and our room need to be replaced. The hallway carpets are stretched out and uneven making it difficult to roll luggage on and were dirty. The first room they gave us had a 5"x7" section of carpet missing in the middle of the room. We switched to another room and the curtains were stained and the blackout vinyl curtain was torn. Definitely not up to the Hilton/Hampton standards.
