Scary, horrible, disrespectful... look for a Motel 6 it will be 4 stars better. I usually dont write reviews unless something is beyond amazing or just horrible. This is the latter, it is not possible to go more negative with the experience. I booked a room for my son's flag football tournament. The team was supposed to stay there. By the time I made it to the area after an 8 hr drive, I started to get calls and messages with photos from other parents about the conditions - half of them were leaving as they felt VERY uncomfortable staying there. This is a travel flag football team that has stayed in many less then recommended hotels. From the broken door locks where doors wouldn't close,and others that wouldn't lock, open areas of construction, crunchy rugs, a crackhead looking person roaming the halls that they were told has lived there for months, blood in a bath tub, dirty sheets, dirty mattress covers, spots on the underside of the mattresses, rooms with no A/C, I could go on... a couple parents were shuffled between rooms until they found lockable doors and A/C. Then some had enough and left. I’ve attached some images below from the families that had made it to the hotel and decided to leave (with whom I joined at the new hotel) After seeing the pictures and hearing the stories, I decided to follow the team. I called to inform them I was canceling the reservation. I was actually “disconnected” (hung up on) while indicating to them why I was canceling and that I wanted a refund. It took a couple of calls to get the front desk back on the phone. The hotel even had the audacity to charge me for the night before I arrived even though it was canceled 10 days before. Since, I have contacted Wyndham corporate and travel agency that booked the room. Corporate said they would not do anything, it is up to the hotel flying their flag to take care of customer complaints! Wow. Adios Wyndham. The Travel Agency has indicated to another parent the hotel is refusing to refund anyone. Looks like they need the revenue to fix this roach motel. I cant rate the rooms other than off the pictures since I canceled before ever making it there. The service is -5 stars. The location near the event would have been ok. We ended up finding a block of rooms 15 minutes away. After being hung up on, given the run around from hotel management, and then the property not working with the Travel Agent to solve the problem, clearly the customer experience is not important to them and they have proved they will take your money and run. I've crossed Wyndham off my list of companies to give my businesses.

Dirty and no service The hotel was being renovated at the time of our stay. It was very dirty and unattractive. The bathroom looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in years as there was a thick film of soap scum in it. Our room was not cleaned and we had to find someone to give us fresh towels the next day. The bed was as bouncy as a trampoline. No one was at the desk at 8am for checkout.

Look before you stay I expect high quality from Wyndham. However on this visit I chose to go home and drive back rather than stay. This hotel is under renovation which I can respect. However you proceed to your room and the floor you are on is covered in a sheet of half of it. A glove is covering the alarm and your room is covered in dust. Holes where the tv should be and more. Not the standards I expect from them. On arrival of another person in our group they had to change as the toilet seat was black and room not cleaned. Tried to talk to front desk and no one was there for 15 minutes so we left. Tried to call Wyndham and talked to no less than 12 people none of which have yet to refund my money etc. check before you stay.

Nothing special The hotel was in the middle of a renovation and the look and feel was not good. If you're looking for a hotel on a budget, this works. If you are looking for something more, look elsewhere.

Awful stay Our experience was absolutely awful! Check in was at 3:00, we arrived at 5:00 and our room was still not finished. Upon arriving our room was not thoroughly cleaned there was debris on the carpet, hair in the bathrooms, there was a pull out couch with no linens or pillows provided, they said they provided free Wi-Fi however there wi-fi was barely working you would connect and then be cut right out. The cleanliness was brought to the supervisors attention and they said they would have it taken care of. We left the next day and came back that evening and it had not been taken care of. There was a set of linens for the sofa bed but the room was not cleaned at all nor were the beds made. Continental breakfast was okay but not great. Only one hot option, they did have an option of cereal yogurt waffles or toast. I asked you to speak to the manager upon leaving and he was incredibly rude and I was told I'm sorry you feel that way and to keep my opinions to myself.
