Terrible, Filthy, Unsafe I would give this place a ZERO if I could, it was filthy, the bedding had burn marks, the walls were disgusting, the toilets were filthy, the whole place looked run down, unmaintained, the AC did not work we had to practically kick the door open, the room next to ours was housing like ten people they were smoking and drinking, people doing drugs outside. The front desk was not helpful and had attitude from the start, they did not give us our refund and we didn't last 10 minutes there. DO NOT STAY HERE!! So unsafe, terrible service and filthy, so sketchy especially with children.

Absolutely Terrible Completely disgusing. The rooms are rundown and dirty . Nonsmoking rooms are filled with smoke. There was unpicked up dog poop all over the grass. The doors look like they have been kicked in. Plus, grafitti on wall covered with a picture. Moldy showers. Not family friendly.

accommodating When it comes to a reliable place to crash, this is my top pick. It might not boast luxury, but what it lacks in frills, it more than makes up for in dependability. I've checked in here at this location by preference due to the overall warmth of the staff than other locations i've experienced, and each time, it's like coming back to a familiar, comfortable spot. The rooms are straightforward but always clean and comfy, and that's what matters most to me. The staff always there to help out if I was to need anything. (even at 2 am front desk lady was there right as i pressed the service button, very different and appriciated) also one of the only places that understands people need their pets at a understanding price. They take their time cleaning it up for the next guest. The surrounding area its located in, is in a sweet spot - not too far from where I need to be, which is convenient. & let's talk value shall we?! The price is always reasonable, which makes takes a lot of the endless search on constantly fluctuating prices elsewhere. For anyone seeking a reliable, no-fuss stay, Rodeway @ Canyon Lake has got your back. It's not flashy, but it's the kind of place you can count on when you're away from home.

Pastor Denise rest and peace day I used my points and I must say it was very secluded peaceful and the suite was amazing as a Diamond i travels so much as an attorney and as a military retiree. The staff is amazing and friendly I love Temecula rodeway inn but this one is also a blessing as well. Restaurants all around there, a great Veterans Day Weekend of peace and joy thanks so so much.

Unfavorable experience. Stayed one night along with friends in other rooms. Got a non smoking room that smelled like smoke, smoke detector had been removed wires hanging (probably a fire department violation), tv did not work, called front desk to come fix tv, came to the room 1.5 hours later, dirty floors, peeling floor tiles, stains on tables. Friends in other rooms found left over liquor and soda in fridge, used q tips in bathroom, toilets dirty, broken desk drawers and cabinet doors. Your unlucky if you get the $200 + rate on event weekends, even the $85 rate on weekdays is a stretch for sure. Voted no stars if I could.
